Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy Of Developmemnt On Employment Structure Upgrading

Employment plays a key role in promoting social stability and social harmony.Stabilizing employment is essential to consolidating people’s wellbeing.What society needs most is stability,and what needs most is people’s support,and what can best stabilize people’s support is employment.Nowadays,with the development of digital economy,great changes have taken place in the employment situation in our country.The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to developing digital economy,building digital China and promoting the development of digital economy,which has gradually become an inevitable trend of China’s economic development.Promoting the digitization of economic development is gradually becoming a new engine to promote employment development.The rapid growth of digital economy has brought new employment opportunities and employment challenges.In today’s situation,promoting the development of digital economy plays a key role in employment.This paper studies the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of employment structure.This paper analyzes the mechanism of digital economy affecting the upgrading of employment structure,selects the upgrading level of industrial structure as the intermediary variable,and calculates the comprehensive score of digital economy,the upgrading index of employment structure and the upgrading index of industrial structure on the basis of the analysis of the development level of digital economy and the current situation of the upgrading and development of employment structure.Using the data from 2011 to 2020,a mediation effect model is constructed to study the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of employment structure.The results show that: 1.There is a significant spatial difference between the upgrading of employment structure and the development level of digital economy,showing an obvious east-west decreasing distribution pattern 2.Digital economy has a significant positive direct effect on the upgrading of employment structure,and indirectly affects the upgrading of employment structure through the upgrading of industrial structure 3.The impact of digital economy development on the upgrading of employment structure in different regions is inconsistent.
