Research On The Interaction Mechanism Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure Under The Background Of Digital Economy

The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.As an important way to promote economic and social transformation and upgrading and build new advantages in international competition,the digital economy has been included in the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development and written into the government work report for the fourth time.The development of digital economy is closely related to the upgrading of industrial structure and the adjustment of employment structure.The stable development of national or regional economy and society must take the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure as an important premise.In recent years,government work reports have repeatedly pointed out that the digital economy is constantly innovating traditional industries,generating new forms of employment,making China’s economic structure continue to optimize,and entering the most important period of transformation and reform adjustment.Therefore,the study of the relationship between the structure of production and employment under the background of digital economy plays an important role in promoting the stable development of economic society.This paper mainly explores the interaction mechanism between industrial structure and employment structure as well as the influence of digital economy development on their relationship.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth analysis by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.By collecting data related to digital economy,industrial structure and employment structure,this study describes and analyzes the current situation and accurately grasps the development trend of each.The coordination coefficient method is used to measure the interaction and coordination relationship between the industrial structure and the employment structure.Combined with the structural deviation degree and Moore structure value method,the linkage relationship and fluctuation degree between the production and employment structure are measured.Then,the development level of the digital economy is measured by constructing the index system of the development level of the digital economy.Combined with the coupling degree model,the coupling degree between the digital economy and the coordination degree of the production and employment structure is preliminarily explored.Finally,the factors of Moore structure value are decomposed by HP filtering method to explore whether the two are causal to each other,and the influence of digital economy development on the interaction relationship of production and employment structure is empirically analyzed by building a model.The conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)The degree of interaction and coordination between industrial structure and employment structure increases year by year,and the degree of coupling between the development level of digital economy and the structure of production and employment also increases year by year,and the coupling degree has reached the intermediate coordination state.(2)The research on the influence mechanism of digital economy on industrial structure and employment structure shows that digital economy not only promotes the optimization and upgrading of the three industries,but also produces substitution effect and creation effect on the employment structure,and the creation effect is greater than the substitution effect when the digital economy expands employment demand.(3)Under the introduction of digital technology,there is still a two-way Granger causality between the changing trend of industrial structure and the changing trend of employment structure.(4)The development of digital economy has a significant positive effect on the coordination degree of industrial structure and employment structure,and the human capital investment degree,the level of industrialization development,and the degree of opening to the outside world have a positive effect.
