| School readiness is a hot topic in preschool education,the society is increasingly concerned about the importance of school readiness,with the development of children and childhood related research,more research has turned to the child perspective,emphasizing respect for children’s independence and advocating children’s perspective.It is the basis of scientific research on school readiness to study children’s school readiness from the perspective of children.The theme of 2023 National Preschool Education Awareness Month is "Listen to children.Grow together",emphasizing the need to listen to and understand children.Mosaic method builds a supportive framework for reading children’s voices,helps to fully understand children’s views and perspectives,so as to scientifically prepare for school and promote the high-quality development of preschool education in the new era.This study takes the children of Y Kindergarten in Yinchuan City as the research object and adopts literature method.Mosaic method and interview method to explore the current situation and problems of children’s school readiness from the perspective of children.It is found that there are some problems in physical and mental preparation,life preparation,social preparation and learning preparation from the perspective of children.At the social level.the national policy,the supervision and evaluation mechanism of school readiness,the supplement of multiple resources,the exchange between kindergartens and primary schools,the awareness of school readiness of teachers,and the ability of teachers to connect to education:The degree of parents’ education anxiety,the scientific concept of parents’ education,the cooperation degree of family education,and the closeness of home cooperation;The difference of children’s physical and mental development,the embodiment of the main body status,the extensiveness of social communication and other reasons affect the development of children’s school readiness.On this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions for optimizing school readiness from the perspective of children:First of all we should strengthen the social guidance on school readiness.Ensure the implementation of national policies and point out the direction for children’s school readiness;Improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism of school readiness to provide support for children’s school readiness:Communication between young and young children to strengthen diversified interaction:Visual integration,listen to the voice of children:Renew the concept of education and enhance teachers’ awareness of school readiness;Improve teachers’ teaching ability and promote teachers’ professional development.Secondly,parents’ scientific knowledge and participation in school readiness should be improved.Maintain a good attitude and establish reasonable expectations for children;Create a family education atmosphere,establish a good parent-child relationship;Enrich the means of education and form a scientific concept of school readiness;Home co-parenting improves the quality of school readiness.Finally,we should follow the rules of children’s own development.Fully understand the value of children’s perspective,stimulate children’s endogenous force;Respect children’s physical and mental development characteristics,encourage personal experience;Adhere to the main position of children and create a suitable development environment. |
