Township primary school teachers are an important part of China’s basic education,and their organizational identification is of great significance for improving teachers’ work enthusiasm and promoting education and teaching reform.However,in reality,teachers’ organizations in township primary schools recognize that there are problems of varying degrees,such as lack of sense of belonging,sense of responsibility and sense of honor,etc.These problems may affect teachers’ work enthusiasm and teaching quality.Therefore,research on the status quo of teachers’ organizational identity in rural primary schools and its influencing factors can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving teachers’ organizational identity and promoting education and teaching reform.This study mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,and takes 300 rural primary school teachers in H County,Henan Province as the research object.Amos software is used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis on the validity of the questionnaire,and SPSS software is used to conduct independent sample T-test and correlation of valid data.Analysis and regression analysis to explore the current situation and influencing factors of teachers’ organizational identity in township primary schools,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research results show that:(1)The level of school organization identification of township primary school teachers is between general identification and comparative identification,which is relatively low in the same group of teachers and still needs to be improved.(2)Among the variables at the organizational level,there are significant positive correlations between organizational external reputation,organizational competition,communication satisfaction,organizational justice,transformational leadership,and rural primary school teachers’ organizational identity.(3)Among the variables at the individual level,there is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational identification of rural primary school teachers.Based on the in-depth analysis of the research conclusions,the author puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the organizational recognition level of township primary school teachers from the perspectives of managers and individuals.From the management level,first,establish a more transparent,fair and just management mechanism;second,to provide better training and development opportunities;Third,establish a more harmonious working environment;Fourth,provide more flexible working arrangements;Fifth,strengthen teacher participation and decision-making;Sixth,strengthen incentives for teachers and pay attention to their mental health.From a personal point of view,first,establish reasonable psychological expectations;Second,take the initiative to communicate with colleagues;Third,establish a good teacher-student relationship and home-school cooperation mechanism;Fourth,integrate into the local cultural and social environment.
