As the leading force of school organization,the teaching team plays an important role in the reform and development of the school.How to build a cohesive and efficient teacher team in the school organization is especially critical for the research of teacher organization identification.Since elementary school teachers are relatively less constrained by the exam-oriented education system,the implementation of their organizational identity will also be more effective.Therefore,an in-depth discussion of the organizational identity of elementary school teachers is conducive to enhancing the level of organization identity of elementary school teachers,inspiring the motivation for the professional development of elementary school teachers,and promoting the improvement of the level of organization and management of school administrators.The thesis selected 556 primary school teachers in Q city as a sample to conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the status of primary school teachers’ organizational identity and the status of influencing factors.In addition,15 representative elementary school teachers were selected to conduct in-depth interviews,and in this study,China collected relevant information on school organization through observation and investigation,in-depth influencing factors for the organization of elementary school teachers.Explore to provide strong evidence.The results of this study found that elementary school teachers have a high level of organizational identification,but there is still much room for improvement.Among the demographic variables,the five variables of primary school teachers’ age,job title,education level,length of schooling,and school position are related to their level of organizational identity;in terms of influencing factors,individual-level job satisfaction,human-organization value matching,and organization are found The six factors of organizational justice,communication satisfaction,transformative leadership,and external prestige all have a significant impact on the primary school teachers’ organizational identity.In order to improve the level of elementary school teachers’ organizational identity,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures starting from the two factors of individual and organization.At the individual level,elementary school teachers should establish reasonable psychological expectations for their work;strengthen communication and active integration into the collective;reshape individual values and increase selfconcepts;and formulate long-term learning and career vision plans.At the organizational level,combined with excellent cases of school organization,from the perspective of managers,targeted measures are proposed from the aspects of internal security,communication and cooperation,institutional fairness,organizational culture,change leadership,and overall image of the school organization.
