The fierce market competition inevitably leads to the problem of talent competition among digital enterprises.Talent is the most important resource for the survival and development of an enterprise,and the development of an enterprise cannot be achieved without the support of employees.Whether employees identify with corporate values,development goals and membership relationship will directly affect their work efficiency,and then directly affect the development of an enterprise.As a social individual,employees have certain social characteristics and attributes,and they need to meet the psychological needs of belonging to a society or organization.A series of studies on organizational identity show that organizational identity can change employees’ work cognition and attitude.When employees have a high degree of identification with the organization,they will internalize organizational goals into personal goals and strive to achieve them.Based on the social identity theory and social exchange theory,this study investigates116 employees of company Z to understand the basic status of the current organizational identity of the employees.Finally,we provide countermeasure suggestions for improving employees’ organizational identity.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Age,educational background,years of work and job level of the employees of enterprise Z are significantly related to organizational identity,while gender,marital status and job nature are not significantly related to organizational identity.(2)Z There is a certain correlation between the member relationship,organizational management system,value norms,organizational social status and organizational identity within the enterprise organization.(3)There is a weak correlation between environmental factors and organizational identity of employees in Z enterprises.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the following four suggestions: shaping positive corporate values;formulate a scientific management system;improve the social status of enterprises;differentiated management of employees.
