| With the continuous reform and development of Education,the competition between universities is becoming more and more intense.Teachers as the core strength of college development have been paid more and more attention by the administrators of various universities.However,the lack of enthusiasm and teachers’ flow exists.To build a team of teachers with strong cohesiveness,high efficiency and relative stability,it is necessary to make research about teachers` organizational identification,and explore the strategy to improve it.Select the teachers of four universities in the H city of the northeast china as the research object.Trying to analyze the level of teachers` organizational identification,and explore the factors that affect it in this area.And seeking management strategy to promote the promotion of teachers` organizational identification and realize the development of the universities.The research is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduced the background,the purpose and the significance of the research,combing the domestic and foreign research about organizational identification and teachers` organizational identification,defining the core concept and clarifying the theoretical basis of research.The second part investigates and analyzes the status of teachers` organizational identification in four colleges in H city of Northeast China.It briefly expounds the development background of the universities and the basic situation of teachers,and analyzes the status of teachers` organizational identification from such three aspects: the overall status of organizational identification,teachers’ organizational identification based on individual differences and teachers’ organizational identification based on organizational differences.The third part explores the factors that affect the teachers` organizational identification.From three aspects(individual,organization,environment),the influence factors that affect the teachers` organizational identification are analyzed in depth with relevant theories and professional knowledge based on questionnaire and interview results.The fourth part,based on the above factors,puts forward the strategies to improve the organizational identification of teachers. |
