Education is the foundation of national development,and the hope of National rejuvenation,and teachers are the hope of educational rejuvenation,school should form a stable team of excellent teachers in order to ensure its own advantage and competitiveness.The organizational affiliations between teacher and school include not only the exchange of work and remuneration,but also some kind of inherent psychological relationship,the psychological relationship is the organizational commitment.The higher the level of teachers' organizational commitment,the higher the recognition of school development goals and its values,the harder teacher work,the better work performance.Discussion on the study by primary school teachers structure,the overall status and influence factors of organizational commitment and organizational commitment issues such as relationships with teachers,school factors,in order to enrich teachers' Theory of organizational commitment research,to promote the development and enhancement of the overall quality of primary school teachers,for the construction of teachers in school management and to provide a basis.By Y-456 primary school teachers in questionnaires and data analysis,the study found:(1)The questionnaire of four factors structure model of Primary school teachers' organization structure,such as emotional commitments,ideal commitments,continued commitment and normative commitment,has good reliability and validity.(2)Teachers' factors and school's factors have good reliability and validity.Teacher factors include four dimensions,such as expectation fulfillment,individual maturity,human nature views and professional situations.School's factors consist of two dimensions,such as teacher envelopment promotion strategies and teacher staff stability promotion strategies.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teacher expectation fulfillment,individual maturity,human nature views,professional situations,teacher envelopment promotion strategies,teacher staff stability promotion strategies and primary school teacher organizational commitment.(4)Teachers' factors and school's factors have significant positive predictive effect on primary school teacher organizational commitment.(5)Teachers' factors play a part of intermediary role in the influence of school's factors on primary school teacher organizational commitment.The light of the conclusions recommended that school administrators clear overall talent development strategy,in collaboration with the school campus culture and the values of primary school teachers,improving the professional development of teachers in primary schools system specification,improvement of the performance appraisal system,and create a mechanism of fair competition;it is recommended that consciously strengthen the professional skills of primary school teachers,and actively carry out a professional mission.
