The revolutionary culture of Hong’an was forged by the people of Hong’an under the leadership of the CPC in the great practice of the new democratic revolution and promoted and developed in the socialist revolution and construction with Chinese characteristics.It is an important part of the Chinese revolutionary culture.The revolutionary culture of Hong’an vividly shows the people’s revolutionary thought of the CPC that "dare to struggle,fear sacrifice,come from the masses,and serve the people".The revolutionary culture of Hong’an is rich in connotation,with both the revolutionary characteristics of anti imperialism,anti feudalism,and anti bureaucrat capitalism,and the epitome of the construction of a modern nation state.It also contains the spirit of resolute innovation embodied in the great cause of social construction and reform and opening up.The "Art Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standards"),guided by the core literacy of the art discipline,takes the achievement of students’ key abilities and essential qualities as the overall goal of art learning,specifically including feeling and understanding China’s profound cultural heritage,inheriting and promoting China’s excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture,and socialist advanced culture,and strengthening cultural self-confidence,Build a strong sense of Chinese national community and closely combine art knowledge and skills with cultural inheritance and innovative practice.Therefore,in the teaching of "Fine Arts" in the compulsory education stage,"culture" is not only the requirement of the new curriculum standard,but also the soul of the curriculum content.It is of important practical significance to design and develop the Hong’an revolutionary culture into a school-based curriculum for fine arts.This article focuses on constructing a school-based curriculum for fine arts in junior high schools with the theme of the revolutionary culture of Hong’an,aiming to respond to the overall strategy of the Ministry of Education for the coordinated development of national,local,and school-based curricula,meet the diverse needs of junior high school students in Huanggang City for fine arts learning,cultivate their interest in studying fine arts,enhance their recognition and confidence in the local revolutionary culture,guide students to inherit and carry forward the revolutionary cultural tradition of Hong’an,and strive for innovation,Determined to contribute to regional economic and social development.The article includes five parts: In the introduction section,it mainly states the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the current research situation of related topics,and the innovation points of this topic.The first chapter defines the connotation and extension of Hong’an revolutionary culture,and explains its regional characteristics and educational value.The second chapter sorts out and classifies the revolutionary culture of Hong’an,analyzes the theoretical basis,feasibility,and value of the curriculum development of revolutionary culture and fine arts of Hong’an,and expounds the logical rationality of the development of revolutionary culture of Hong’an as a resource for fine arts curriculum.The third chapter proposes a specific implementation plan for the curriculum design of Hong’an revolutionary culture.The fourth chapter combines the case of school-based curriculum development of Hong’an revolutionary culture to verify the article’s views,reflect on the shortcomings of this topic,and propose optimization considerations.In the conclusion part,the above viewpoints and practices are summarized.
