Social Work Intervention Research On Social Adaptability Of Patients With Moderante And Mild Mental Disorder In Community Rehabilitation

Social adaptability is one of the essential abilities of patients with mental disorders,not only because social adaptability can measure the severity of mental disorders,but also can enable patients with mental disorders to better live in society.Compared with severe patients,patients with moderate to mild mental disorders have better social adaptability,and their psychological,emotional,and behavioral performance is also relatively stable.Therefore,this study is a practical study on the social adaptability of patients with moderate to mild mental disorders.Based on the community rehabilitation service project for patients with mental disorders at the internship site,the author selects service objects that meet moderate to mild conditions,utilizes existing resources,and uses interviews,questionnaires The scale method conducts in-depth research on the micro,medium,and macro systems of the research object,analyzes the current situation and needs of social adaptability in community rehabilitation for patients with moderate and mild mental disorders,and concludes that patients with moderate and mild mental disorders generally have problems such as insufficient self-care ability,lack of social communication ability,and lack of social knowledge and skills.Then,under the guidance of ecosystem theory,the causes of the problems are analyzed,Use social work methods to intervene in the practice of social adaptation abilities of patients with moderate to mild mental disorders,and improve their social adaptation abilities at the micro,medium,and macro levels.This study combines case,group,and community work methods of social work,respectively corresponding to the micro,medium,and macro system levels of patients with mental disorders.Aiming at the micro system of patients with mental disorders,social workers carry out case activities,adopt endogenous self-help service practices,and promote their self care ability by improving the patient’s action ability and self-confidence in service;For the mesoscopic system of patients with mental disorders,social workers carry out group activities,adopting peer interaction service practices,and improving their social and communication skills,social knowledge,and skills by helping,caring,and sharing with each other in the activities;For the macro system of patients with mental disorders,social workers carry out community activities,adopt service practices of acceptance and support,and improve residents’ attitudes towards patients with moderate and mild mental disorders and reduce social distance to patients with mental disorders by conducting mental health knowledge promotion activities in the communities where patients with mental disorders reside.Ultimately,it aims to promote the improvement of social adaptability and harmonious interaction between environmental systems of patients with moderate and mild mental disorders.Finally,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,social work is involved in the improvement of social adaptability of patients with moderate and mild mental disorders,providing specific countermeasures and suggestions at the micro,medium,and macro levels,in an effort to provide certain reference significance for research in this field.
