Application Of Social Work Integration Model In Community Rehabilitation Of Mental Disorders

With the development of modern society,people's living pressure is increasing,the problem of mental disorders is also increasingly prominent,and the number of patients with mental disorders is increasing.However,there is a large gap in mental medical resources,which is insufficient to bear the existing huge group of mental disorders.Patients with mental disorders need not only medical treatment but also psychological treatment during the rehabilitation period.Rehabilitation of psychological and social functions cannot depend on medical models alone.At present,there are some blind spots in the field of community rehabilitation for mental disorders.For example,the rehabilitation objects are relatively single,the rehabilitation of the family model is substantially carried out,and the service between different fields lacks connection.This article takes the small Z of mental disorder patients in the Y community of Shenzhen as an example.Through the social work integration model,it uses gardening therapy,group work,community work and other methods to intervene with the service target.Practical process.In the process of intervening the client,the social worker adopted the unstructured interview method and the participatory observation method to assess the client 's condition and found that the client has three main problems.First,the individual level: poor self-awareness;second,family level: poor parent-child communication;third,social level: lack of social support.In response to the problems of the three levels of the client,social workers rely on dominance perspective theory and cognitive behavior theory to formulate service plans for them.Through the intervention of the social work integration model,they finally solved the problems faced by the client better.Meet its needs.The study found that: in the field of community rehabilitation for mentally handicapped patients and social function recovery of mentally handicapped patients,professional social work is involved to better assist the mentally handicapped.The social work integration model has obvious advantages for clients who have many problems to solve.At the same time,social workers should also strengthen the learning and application of professional knowledge and explore more working methods to help people with mental disorders return to normal life as soon as possible.
