Research On Group Work In Vocational Rehabilitation Of Patients With Mental Disorders In The Communit

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and it is an important way for patients with mental disorders to improve their economic life,improve their social status and return to normal life.However,due to the particularity of patients with mental disorders,the current employment support services are difficult to meet their employment needs,especially for the patients with mental disorders in the stage of community rehabilitation,and they are eager to return to normal life through vocational rehabilitation.In this study,patients with mental disorders in community A in Wuhan,and through observation and interview methods,we found that patients with mental disorders in community A have single income channel,heavy treatment burden,insufficient social support and serious discrimination;limited family support affects confidence;weak employment skills affect job-hunting competitiveness and slow development of working face.In order to help A community patients with mental disorders enhance employment confidence,improve the ability of job,explore the feasibility of vocational rehabilitation group work in patients with mental disorders,the researchers in the theory and under the guidance of social learning theory,in A community vocational rehabilitation group activities,successful help five patients with mental disorders employment.The study found that group work has a certain positive role in improving the vocational rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders,such as improving the job-hunting ability,self-confidence,and helping employment of patients with mental disorders,which is conducive to their recovery of social functions and return to normal life.However,there are still some deficiencies,such as the acceptance ability of patients with mental disorders and the occupational level of employment guidance,and the employment guidance ability of social work itself also needs to be improved.Based on this,this study from the micro,medium and macro system for mental disorders to strengthen psychological support and stimulate endogenous motivation,strengthen formal support and informal support system,change the concept of social discrimination and rejection,expected to promote the employment service of patients with mental disorders.
