Basketball is a popular sport in schools at all levels.It is an important part of school physical education and deeply loved by students.The General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which provides policy guarantee for social sports organizations to enter the campus.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,the operation of children’s basketball training institutions in Yongzhou city is facing new historic opportunities.By the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics method,on-the-spot investigation method and case study method,by which seven children’s basketball training organization managers and student survey,from the management,marketing,education,finance,and customer satisfaction and other aspects of analysis,which children’s basketball training institutions operating status quo,This paper studies the influence of sports and education integration on the operation of children’s basketball training institutions in Yongzhou city.Taking Flying Leopard Basketball training Base in Ningyuan County as an example,it summarizes the experience and enlightenment of social basketball training institutions participating in campus basketball under the background of sports and education integration.On this basis,find the problems existing in the operation of yongzhou children’s basketball training institutions,put forward the operation strategy of Yongzhou children’s basketball training institutions.The research can provide some reference for the operation of children’s basketball training institutions in Yongzhou city under the background of sports and education integration,help them better grasp the opportunities brought by sports and education integration,actively participate in school physical education,and achieve healthy development.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The organization and management mode of children’s basketball training institutions in Yongzhou city mostly adopts the linear functional system.The managers are mainly college graduates or basketball enthusiasts,with outstanding basketball influence but weak operation and management ability.Organizations operate well during holidays,but operate inefficiently during non-holidays.The idle rate of the site and teachers is high.2.The marketing methods and promotion methods of yongzhou children’s basketball training institutions are high in cost,low in efficiency and inaccurate in market positioning.Although the number of students at various basketball training institutions is considerable during the summer vacation,the expenditure on marketing and promotion is also large.The marketing group of the agency stays at the general public and does not target the market at primary schools and kindergartens,so the customer orientation is not accurate.The stability of teachers in institutions is not high,there are few opportunities to contact with training and learning,and the coach mobility is large.Institutions pay more attention to enrollment than to teaching,teaching services are not targeted and oriented,lack of small basketball matches,training is not interesting.3.The financial revenue of yongzhou Children’s basketball training institutions is not balanced.Although the revenue of institutions will reach a high level during holidays,the income of institutions in non-holidays is very small,so the net profit of the year is not high.There is a big gap in financial revenue in different months,and the idle rate of the site is relatively high,which is related to the lack of good cooperation with primary and secondary schools.4.The integration of sports and education has promoted the entry of children’s basketball training institutions into the campus,and the participation of training institutions in the development of sports on campus also reflects the implementation of the integration policy of sports and education.Ningyuan County Flying Leopard Basketball Training Base to participate in campus basketball experience: clear organizational structure,each performing their own duties,coordinated promotion;Accurate role positioning,based on the present,long-term;Focus on building an excellent coaching team,strengthen training and promote development;Goal-oriented science,curriculum optimization,competition and training combination;Operating standards,and actively accept government supervision.In view of the imbalance in organizational management and institutional development in the operation of children’s basketball training institutions in Yongzhou City,personnel lack of stability;The marketing method is inefficient and the customer orientation is not accurate;The teaching service is not standardized and the time distribution of students’ participation in basketball training is not balanced.The imbalance of financial revenue and the high idle rate of teachers and sites suggest that institutions should take the initiative to use the policy dividend brought by "sports and education integration" to optimize the organizational management system and improve the stability of staff.Rich marketing mode,more accurate positioning of customers;Improve the teaching service level and ensure customer satisfaction;Integrate with campus basketball and develop after-class basketball services.It is beneficial to the development of campus basketball culture,to promote students’ physical and mental health,and to the sustainable development of training institutions. |
