This article has conducted an in-depth discussion and research on the development of small basketball teaching in basketball training institutions in Nanchang through literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other methods,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The basketball training institutions in Nanchang City reflect the characteristics of diversification in the setting of physical education teaching goals,and are relatively traditional in teaching content,teaching methods and teaching organization forms.There is a lack of process evaluation in teaching evaluation.In terms of coaches,most of the coaches in Nanchang basketball training institutions are mainly males aged 20-30.The education backgrounds are mainly junior college and undergraduate.Some coaches lack relevant professional certificates.The working years are mainly 1-3 years.between.(2)The primary students of Nanchang basketball training institutions are mainly boys aged 8-10.Their motivations for participating in basketball training are mainly hobbies and parental requirements.Nearly half of the students said they like the small basketball courses of the training institutions.On the one hand,most trainees choose to train 1-2 times a week.In terms of feedback and suggestions,most students hope to increase classroom game time and play more teaching competitions.The parents of the trainees mainly have college and undergraduate education.The main motivation for parents to send their children to participate in basketball training is to keep fit and the children’s requirements.The quality of teaching and the opinions of children are the first choices for parents to consider training institutions.(3)As for the managers of training institutions,most managers are between20-30 years old,and the working life is mainly 3-5 years;the education background is mainly undergraduate,and most of the majors are sports majors;but Most managers rarely go out to participate in management training,and the management work is more complicated.In terms of hardware,Nanchang basketball training institutions lack corresponding small basketball courts and baskets.Regarding the competition system,most training institutions do not have their own competition system,mainly relying on the establishment of echelons to go out to participate in the competition,and lack of corresponding value-added services.And put forward corresponding development suggestions:(1)Optimize the physical education teaching goal system.In terms of teaching content,pay attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge,use multimedia and other intuitive devices to help students understand,try to use new teaching methods,and try to change the teaching organization from teacher-oriented to student-oriented The main point is to optimize the physical education assessment and evaluation system,to truly incorporate the process evaluation into the basketball teaching evaluation,and to enrich the assessment and evaluation content.Training institutions should boldly try to recruit female coaches,appropriately increase the salary of coaches,and actively carry out research activities to update the professional knowledge of coaches in a timely manner.If possible,they can invite experts to give guidance or even go out for training.(2)Coaches should try to recruit female students during the recruitment process,respect the nature of the students during the teaching activities,combine training with the dynamics of the game,and let the students have fun while learning knowledge.At the same time,coaches should pay attention to reasonable arrangements for the game time,and must not blindly train.Coaches should always keep in touch with parents,feedback the trainees’ training situation at all times,and actively ask parents for their opinions,especially those parents who are dissatisfied with the course.Coaches should actively communicate with them,find problems and correct them in time.(3)Strengthen the entry barriers for recruitment,select professional management talents,actively carry out management training,and improve the various aspects of management capabilities.Strengthen the construction of venues and facilities,actively open the internal competition system of training institutions,strengthen cooperation and exchanges with other training institutions,so that children can participate in the competition more,and at the same time,they should actively understand the internal psychological thoughts of the students,and carry out the activities that the students like in a targeted manner.Increase student stickiness. |
