This paper takes team of PE teachers in senior middle school of Yongzhou cityproper as the study object, studying the situation of the team of physical teaching inhigh school, using the methods of literature study, questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and logic reasoning from the following aspects: basic situation,teaching, training, Scientific research, ideological and political quality andpsychological quality of PE teachers to promote the development of team constructionof physical teaching in the high middle school in Yong Zhou. My study shows that:1. Due to the great amount of student compared with the quantity of teachers, thedistribution ratio is out of balance and there is a great shortage of PE teachers in seniormiddle school of Yong Zhou city proper, especially the female PE teachers. The team ofPE teachers team is relatively younger and under good construction, but the age ofsenior professional title and lever1title is a little older. The ratio of highlyeducated(master degree or above) is not enough, the professional title structure isunreasonable, and there is a comparatively shortage of PE teachers with seniorprofessional title and the learn margin structure has the obviously trend of closerelatives.2. There is a lot of problems about the construction of knowledge, such as thecomprehensive knowledge structure of PE teachers is out of imbalance,their knowledgeis old and narrow, the update speed of knowledge is too slow, and the academicexchange activities is less and so on. The training opportunities and times of PEteachers is rarely, and the organization of self-learning activities in forms of learningorganization of teaching and research office is poor.3. Teaching is a big part of teachers’ daily work in physical education, the overallteaching level and quality is basically satisfactory, but still needs to be furtherimproved.Sports theory didn’t get the attention it deserves and the course arrangement isinsufficient,the number of high school sports teachers is less,so they generally bear aheavy load, and had an increasing trend.4. Most pay more attention to teaching and scientific research, but the teachinginvestment is inadequate, the they are not well motivated, and the enthusiasm is not high;Scientific research and scientific research projects has increased, but overall is still less,and the scientific research level is low; the sports science team power is not strong, andthe combination of scientific research and practice is not enough.5. Because the leaders do not pay enough attention and the funds is not enough andthe hardware is of lower lever, the training and competition game is less.6. Their ideological quality is relatively stable, and they have good politicalposition, professional morality, observe disciplines and law, and have strong sense ofresponsibility, but there are parts of teachers lacking enthusiasm and their thought isunstable.7. Put forward the conclutions including strengthening introduce of sports talents,and adjust the proportion of men and female PE teachers, increase the ways of getting funds. strengthen the construction of the physical education teachers and knowledgepermeability, pay more attention to PE teachers’ work ability training, further the reformof higher colleges and universities, complete the teacher continuing education systemconstruction, expand the propaganda and the training of PE teachers’ professional ethics. |
