| With the introduction of the "double reduction" policy and the promulgation of the "Family Education Promotion Law",basic education has ushered in new changes,at the same time,higher requirements have been put forward for home-school collaborative education.It is an inevitable trend of educational modernization and democratization to educate pupils in cooperation with family and school.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" is the key period for rural revitalization.The good development of home-school collaborative education plays a positive role in the revitalization of rural education.The development of rural primary school education is relatively backward,affecting the effective implementation of home-school collaborative education.Due to external and internal disadvantages in rural primary schools,it is difficult to carry out home-school collaborative education.Therefore,it is essential to solve this practical problem.The dimensions of home-school collaborative education are analyzed and determined by using synergy theory and communicative action theory,and the questionnaires for parents and teachers and the interview outline for school administrators and teachers are designed accordingly.K Town in Xishui County has rich cultural heritage and potential economic development advantages.Rural primary schools in K Town are representative of the study.In order to deeply understand the actual situation of home-school collaborative education in four complete rural primary schools in K Town,Xishui County,questionnaires were distributed to parents and teachers,and interviews were conducted with school managers and some teachers.The results show that rural primary school teachers and parents have insufficient understanding of the concept of home-school collaborative education,and the two sides did not reach a consensus on collaborative education.At the same time,there are problems such as the imperfect construction of the home-school collaborative education mechanism and the lack of comprehensive collaborative ability among teachers.The main reasons are as follows: the lack of overall investment in collaborative education of parents,the lack of collaborative education ability of schools,and the lack of collaborative literacy of teachers.Parents should earnestly strengthen the responsibility of collaborative education,rural primary schools should earnestly implement the relevant policies of home-school collaborative education,and society should strive to create conditions of collaborative education for teachers,so as to implement the concept of home-school collaborative education.The sustainable development of home-school collaborative education in rural primary schools is of great significance to the revitalization of rural education and the optimization of rural primary school education ecology. |
