School,family and society play a vital role in the development of minors.Running rural education well is the hope of the vast number of rural families.The cooperation of rural home-school can promote the comprehensive and healthy development of rural students in the revitalization of rural education.It is vastly important for running Hunan rural education well to know the current situation of Home-school Co-education in Rural Primary Schools,analyze its problems and propose countermeasures.The research takes some rural primary schools in Hunan Province as the research object,questionnaire surveys were conducted on rural primary school teachers and parents in Hunan Province,and interviews were conducted with rural primary school leaders,teachers and parents.The results of the study found that teachers and parents of rural primary schools in Hunan Province attached great importance to home-school co-education,and home-school co-education had a good foundation of trust.At the same time,the problems of home-school co-education in rural primary schools in Hunan Province are as follows.Firstly,the content of home-school co-education is narrow.Secondly,home-school co-education actions are insufficient.Thirdly,The communication mode of home-school co-education is single.Fourthly,the ability of home-school co-education is insufficient.Fifthly,the incidence of home-school conflict is high.Here are the reasons for the problems:poor conditions for home-school co-education,incomplete home-school co-education system,unclear rights and responsibilities of both sides of home-school,traditional concept of home-school education,limited time and space for home-school co-education,and home-school conflict for different reasons.According to the "Overlapping influence domain theory",schools,parents and society should make efforts to solve the existing problems: home-school coeducation system is needed,the good relationship between home and school should be improved,teachers’ co-education ability should be enhanced,the time and space of co-education should be expanded;a scientific view of family education and the family environment is necessary,parents should take the initiative to strengthen co-education with schools and actively participate in parent-school training activities;the state needs to implement laws and regulations on home-school co-education,communities should run parent schools well,rural organizations should participate in school governance,the media should promote positively.Schools,families and society should work together to build a good ecosystem for home-school co-education.
