| The quality of education and teaching in rural basic education has always been the weak link in China’s education system.Teaching and research activities are an important way to improve the quality of education and teaching,and inter-school collaborative teaching and research is an innovative form of teaching and research activities,which can further promote the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.In order to comprehensively improve the quality of basic education,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Teaching and Research Work in Basic Education in the New Era in 2019,which clearly states that teaching and research work is an important support to ensure the quality of basic education,and that it is necessary to innovate the way of teaching and research work and improve the relevance,effectiveness and attractiveness and creativity of teaching and research work.Whether inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural elementary school can be carried out effectively will directly affect the effectiveness of school teaching and research activities,which in turn affects the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,it is important to study the current situation of inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural elementary school,to understand the problems of inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural elementary school,to analyze the causes,and to propose strategies to promote inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools in order to enrich the research results of inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools on the one hand,and to provide reference for the development of inter-school collaborative teaching and research policies and implementation in rural primary schools on the other hand.This study takes inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural elementary school as the research theme,adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,selects five rural elementary school in Yongzhou City as the investigation objects,uses system organization theory and symbiosis theory as the theoretical analysis tools,and understands the concept of inter-school collaborative teaching and research,inter-school collaborative teaching and research organization,inter-school collaborative teaching and research system and inter-school collaborative teaching and research content in four dimensions of rural elementary school.The current situation of inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools.The survey found that the following problems exist in inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools: the awareness of the concept of inter-school collaborative teaching and research is not high;the organization of inter-school collaborative teaching and research needs to be improved;the system of inter-school collaborative teaching and research is not sound;and the content of inter-school collaborative teaching and research is single.The reasons for this are mainly due to the deviation of the concept of inter-school collaborative teaching and research;the lack of organizational managers;the lack of standardization of the system;and the unreasonable planning of teaching and research contents.In view of the problems of inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools,based on an in-depth analysis of the causes,the basic strategies to promote effective inter-school collaborative teaching and research in rural elementary school are proposed: first,to innovate the concept of inter-school collaborative teaching and research and lead inter-school collaborative teaching and research activities scientifically;second,to improve the organization of inter-school collaborative teaching and research and guarantee the orderly development of inter-school collaborative teaching and research;third,to improve the system of inter-school collaborative teaching and research and regulate the order of inter-school collaborative teaching and research;fourth,to enrich inter-school collaborative teaching and research.Fourth,to enrich the content of inter-school collaborative teaching and research,and improve the quality of inter-school collaborative teaching and research. |
