Curriculum and teaching reform is the core measure to promote the transformation of school education mode and improve the effect of education,and it is also an important way for the school to implement the fundamental task of moral education.With the continuous development of curriculum reform today,it has become a consensus that teaching research plays an important role in teachers’ professional development and the improvement of classroom teaching quality.Collaborative teaching and research,as the new normal of teaching and research in the information age,provides diversified and multi-type platforms and resource advantages for the innovative development and teaching reform of rural schools,and activates the motivation for the internal development of small-scale schools in rural weak schools.However,under the background of rural revitalization and the integrated development of urban and rural education,collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools still faces many difficulties,which restricts the high-quality development of rural education and rural schools.This study comprehensively used literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to study the influencing factors of the implementation difficulties and improvement strategies of the value of collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools.Cooperative teaching and research in rural primary schools is an important way to boost the professional growth of teachers,promote the all-round development of students,pry the overall reform of rural primary schools,and improve the overall education quality of rural schools.But there are also many difficulties and challenges in the implementation process.Lack of cooperation among rural primary school teachers,lack of teaching and research resources,disorganized organization and implementation,and lack of innovation are its main manifestations.The main reason lies in the lack of coordination consciousness,the change of inner idea can not be accomplished overnight;Secondly,the guarantee mechanism is not perfect,teaching and research abnormal;Finally,the lack of collaborative environment,lack of professional guidance.To improve the quality of cooperative teaching and research in rural primary schools and realize the high quality development of rural school education,the following work should be done well: the main body of teaching and research should be diversified and multi-subject immersion participation;Innovate teaching and research methods and realize customized service;Perfect the guarantee system of teaching and research,standardize the implementation of collaborative teaching and research;Give full play to the role of modern educational technology to realize the “Internet +” teaching and research form;Advocate “large-scale”teaching and research to meet the new era of new tasks and new requirements.Although teaching research is a traditional proposition,it has the characteristics of the new era.For collaborative teaching research of rural schools,combined with the complexity and particularity of rural school education,the research on collaborative teaching research of rural primary schools inevitably has shortcomings such as one-sidedness and limitations,especially after the epidemic of information technology and artificial intelligence In the era of multiple background overlay,problems such as target positioning mode innovation and method improvement of collaborative teaching and research in rural primary schools need further in-depth investigation and systematic response,which is also the direction and improvement of subsequent research.
