The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education,the 14 th Five Year Plan and the Outline of the Vision for 2035,and the Report on the Work of the Government(2022)all put forward the task of home school collaborative education mechanism.Not only can family education be further valued by society,but it can also re-examine family school co education,laying a better foundation for cultivating socialist builders and successors.With the development and changes of the education situation,homeroom teachers,as the leaders of home school communication,should collaborate with subject teachers and parents to participate.This form of home school co education needs further exploration.In this context,this article investigates the current situation of home school communication under the collaborative participation of primary school homeroom teachers and subject teachers,and identifies how homeroom teachers can leverage the power of subject teachers to carry out class cooperation and home school communication,thus proposing some suggestions and countermeasures for home school communication.Establish a new collaborative education model for home school communication,in order to better achieve home school communication and assist teaching.This article found through questionnaire survey,interview,observation,and literature review that it mainly focuses on the issue of home school communication in primary school,led by homeroom teachers and subject teachers.The participation of secondary school teachers in primary school home school communication education is not high,the class teacher has heavy management tasks,high work pressure,and communication work gaps.Facing these problems,it is worth exploring how to achieve good communication between home and school with the collaborative participation of class teachers and subject teachers as the center.Therefore,it is worth further exploring and analyzing how class teachers can leverage the power of subject teachers to stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in home school communication management.To address these issues,solutions have been proposed from the perspective of cooperation between schools,teachers,and parents.The key to communication education in the new era lies in home school cooperation,and the core of home school cooperation lies in the consistency of home school co education.At the school level,establish and improve institutional norms for healthy communication between home and school,and improve the mechanism and measures for subject teachers to participate in home school communication management.At the teacher level,the homeroom teacher plays a major role in improving home school communication through the help of subject teachers in home school co education.Subject teachers actively participate in home school communication,continuously enhancing communication awareness,improving communication skills,improving communication channels,clarifying the status of communication subjects,and enhancing the leading and auxiliary role of communication.Teachers need to reflect on themselves,improve their professional autonomy,and strengthen their learning and communication abilities.The homeroom teacher and subject teachers should enhance their awareness of cooperation and communication,and enhance their ability to cooperate and cultivate together.
