Young people are strong,the country is strong,on the road of modernization of our country,the young people are the cornerstone of our development.Judging from the results of the eighth adolescent physical health monitoring in China,although the decline trend of adolescent physical health has been alleviated to a certain extent,the actual situation is not optimistic.In order to cope with this situation,China issued the "healthy China 2030",sports power and other national strategies,as well as The State Council,the Ministry of Education issued the relevant policy documents of school sports,in these documents,to develop and reform the high school entrance examination sports,high school entrance examination sports is an important part of China’s talent selection and education distribution,so it has a pivotal position for the development of students.However,at present,the proportion of sports scores in the middle school entrance examination scheme in most areas is low,and the role of sports education in middle school entrance examination has not been brought into full play.Chengdu high school Entrance examination physical education has undergone four reforms before and after,and released the new high school Entrance Examination physical education implementation plan in 2019,aiming to guide students to participate in physical exercise and improve students’ physical health by playing the role of the "baton" of the examination,but its examination items and comprehensive quality evaluation are implemented for the first time.In junior high school physical education,there are some problems,such as "determining teaching by examination" and favoritism and malpractice in the evaluation process.Based on this,this study analyzes the impact of reform on physical education teaching by investigating the relevant elements of physical education teaching in junior middle schools in Chengdu.This paper conducted a sample survey of students,PE teachers and parents in 10 junior middle schools in Chengdu,interviewed 5 leaders in charge of PE,and applied the survey data and interview results to analyze the impact of reform on junior middle school PE teaching by using literature and mathematical statistics,and drew the following conclusions:(1)The new program of physical education assessment in Chengdu high school entrance examination has higher scores,more items,and higher and more detailed scoring standards,which highlights the scientific and comprehensive assessment.(2)The physical education reform of senior high school entrance examination encourages students to exercise,but the motivation of exercise has serious utilitarian,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ interest in sports and the formation of lifelong sports habits.(3)The reform has aroused the attention of all walks of life to the discipline of physical education,and also improved the discipline status of physical education teachers in school,but the teaching task has increased,and the teaching pressure has also increased.(4)The design of teaching objectives and teaching contents mainly revolves around exams;The number of PE teachers with innovative teaching methods is small;Teachers and students have a high degree of recognition of the process evaluation,but its subjectivity is too strong and the supervision system is not perfect.The school has increased the number of sports facilities and equipment,but there is still a gap between teachers and students to fully meet,and the classroom atmosphere has gradually developed towards a positive upward trend.(5)The reform has also aroused the attention of parents,parents began to take measures to help their children do physical exercise,but its purpose is also serious utilitarian,the concept of taking the test is more serious.(6)There are five practical difficulties in the development of junior high school physical education teaching after the reform of senior high school entrance examination in Chengdu.In view of the problems arising in the implementation of the reform,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Schools should adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first" and establish students’ correct sports concept.(2)The teaching content of PE teachers should not be limited to the physical examination items of the senior high school entrance examination,but should pay attention to the organic combination of the improvement of students’ physical quality and the mastery of sports skills and sports knowledge.(3)Schools should provide more learning platforms for PE teachers to create a strong PE teacher team.(4)Schools should increase funds for physical education,improve the physical education teaching environment,and meet the teaching needs of physical education teachers and students’ physical exercise needs.(5)Strengthen the communication between parents and schools,and work together to promote the healthy growth of students.(6)Sports assessment items should respect the individual development of students,increase more alternative assessment items,and relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of the examination process to ensure the fairness of the examination. |
