In recent years,the State has been actively promoting quality education,the main purpose of which is to educate the nation’s primary and secondary schools,so that they can develop into well-rounded and outstanding talents in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,voice,aesthetics and labour,in order to meet the requirements of cultivating a quality reserve of talents for the construction of socialist modernisation.As an important reserve force for the construction of a strong nation,primary and secondary school students play an important role as a reserve force for the dream of a strong nation,and their health issues are closely related to the future development and great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.According to the results of physical tests on primary and secondary schools nationwide in recent years,the problem of declining physical fitness of junior high school students nationwide is very prominent.When they enter junior high school,their bodies will enter a stage of vigorous growth and development,and the changes in their weight and height will be more obvious at this stage,and the growth process will also be influenced by the subtle influence of society,schools,parents and other aspects,and the three views are also slowly forming,therefore,the physical body of junior high school students during the junior high school period It is also a transitional period in the development of personality,and can be considered an important growth stage in life.Therefore,if we can provide students with appropriate,systematic and comprehensive physical education interventions during this period,we will undoubtedly get twice the result with half the effort in promoting the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students and developing a lifelong awareness of physical activity.The reason for this is to improve the physical fitness of primary and secondary school students,and in the case of the current reform of physical education,Yunnan has taken the fastest step in the reform of physical education,being the first region in China to increase the total number of points for physical education to 100.The increase in the total score is bound to make schools,families and communities pay more attention to the physical health of primary and secondary school students,as well as the increasing concern of the society for physical activities in schools.In this paper,we analyse the impact of the physical education reform in Yunnan Province on the physical education teachers and students in Ninglang County in terms of physical education teaching environment,methods,contents,motivation and attitudes,and analyse the impact of the physical education reform in Yunnan Province.The aim is to understand the specific situation of physical education in junior high school in Ninglang County under the opportunity of the physical education examination reform in Yunnan Province,and to provide some practical basis for better promoting the physical education reform in Yunnan Province and the development of junior high school physical education in Ninglang County.The analysis draws the following conclusions:1.As part of the conscientious implementation of the sports reform of the Yunnan Provincial Secondary School entrance exam,the problems that arise in the process of physical education at high schools in Ninglang County manifest themselves,such as:the infrastructure for physical education and activity equipment are individual,which cannot adapt well to the development of student diversity;The reserve talent of the sports teacher team is insufficient,the number of students is large,the number of classes is large,the number of teachers is small,and the proportion of teachers and students is unreasonable.2.In connection with physical education of Yunna Province High School entrance exam,Ninglang Sports Education teachers can be very flexible in the physical education teaching space,"learning without fixed method,value is in law",and flexible and versatile sports education teaching mode can not only improve the quality of students.3.The reform of physical education in upper secondary school entrance examination has strengthened the position of the sports and health curriculum,and the position of physical education teachers has also been strengthened and the pressure has changed significantly.The reform of sports in the upper secondary school entrance exam has also aroused enthusiasm among teachers.4.The physical education reform of the yunnan provincial secondary school entrance examination has received widespread attention from students,teachers and parents,and students’ attitude towards physical education has changed from passive slackness to positive face;but one-sided pursuit may make students tend to the phenomenon of "test-oriented education".5.With the improvement of the sports reform score of the Yunnan Provincial Secondary School Entrance Examination,the relevant education departments in Ninglang District have also strengthened the construction of school sports infrastructure,the purchase of sports equipment,the maintenance of instruments,etc.,but because the base of primary and secondary school students is too large,and the local reform force is still insufficient,it is still unable to meet the needs of primary and secondary school students to attend actual physical education classes.6.The increase in the sports reform score of the Yunnan Provincial Secondary School Entrance Examination can arouse the great attention of the parents of the students,and the setting of the examination items can allow students to choose the projects they are interested in for targeted exercises,which is easy to form sports habits.
