Ancient poetry is the most representative,vibrant,and distinctive part of traditional Chinese culture.It is a precious treasure of the Chinese nation and an important embodiment of its civilization and spirit.The teaching of ancient poetry is an important way for students to learn Chinese excellent traditional culture and improve their Chinese learning ability.However,at present,there are still problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,such as low initiative in learning ancient poetry,insufficient accumulation of experience in ancient poetry,lack of deep thinking on ancient poetry,and the need to improve the aesthetic ability of ancient poetry,which is disconnected from the requirements of cultivating students’ core Chinese literacy.The concept of "emotional intelligence in Chinese language" focuses on the stimulation of students’ "emotions" and "intelligence" in the classroom,with the ultimate goal of cultivating harmonious individuals with emotions and intelligence.This is in line with the requirement of cultivating students’ core Chinese literacy proposed in the "Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)".Although many experts and scholars have conducted research on the teaching concept of "emotional intelligence Chinese" in recent years and achieved fruitful research results,there is relatively little research specifically focused on the classroom of ancient poetry and lyrics in junior high school.Middle school students are in a critical period of "emotional" and "intellectual" development,as well as the continuous development of abstract thinking logic and deep learning.It is extremely important for teachers to use appropriate teaching strategies for teaching ancient poetry and lyrics in middle school.Therefore,this article explores the teaching strategies of ancient poetry and lyrics in junior high school based on the concept of "emotional intelligence in Chinese".Firstly,elaborate on the concept of "emotional intelligence language".The concept of"emotional intelligence in Chinese language" refers to the role of teachers in Chinese language teaching in primary and secondary schools.After fully exploring the "emotional"and "intelligent" factors of Chinese language courses,teachers can use their own "emotional"and "intelligent" skills to mobilize students’ positive emotional experience,fully tap into their intellectual potential,guide students to love the national common language and writing,and comprehensively improve their core Chinese literacy.The concept of "emotion intelligence language" is based on Piaget’s theory of Stage theory of cognitive development,Ausubel’s theory of meaningful reception,and Gagne’s theory of information processing and learning.The characteristics of "emotional intelligence Chinese" in middle school are lively atmosphere,agile thinking,and diverse dialogue.The operating procedures of emotional intelligence based teaching in middle school Chinese are independent study and attention to emotional intelligence;Creating situations and arousing emotional intelligence;Overall perception and mastery of emotional intelligence;Sublimate emotions and generate wisdom;Summarize transfer and apply emotional intelligence.Secondly,investigate and analyze the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in junior high school.By using the method of questionnaire,teachers and students from Dongming Lake laboratory school in Xiangshui County and six sets of middle schools in Xiangshui County were investigated,and school samples at different levels were formed to investigate the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in junior high schools.The survey found that there are mainly problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in junior high school,such as insufficient love for ancient poetry,insufficient wisdom in accumulated experience,insufficient wisdom in deep thinking,and insufficient aesthetic appreciation for ancient poetry.The causes of these problems for teachers are the pressure of exam oriented education,the routinization of teaching ancient poetry,the neglect of students’ subjectivity,and insufficient emotional interaction with students.The reasons for these problems on the part of students are the fear of difficulty in learning ancient poetry,a lack of overall knowledge construction of ancient poetry,a lack of training in critical thinking ability,and a neglect of the aesthetic elements of ancient poetry itself.Once again,elaborate on the teaching strategies of ancient poetry and lyrics in junior high school under the concept of "emotional intelligence in Chinese".The application of"Emotional Intelligence Language" in the teaching of ancient poetry and lyrics in junior high school emphasizes self-directed reading and attention to emotional intelligence.Repeated recitation can be used to stimulate emotions in learning ancient poetry and lyrics,and strategies can be used to discover students’ recent development areas through learning plans.Secondly,it is necessary to create situations and arouse emotions and intelligence.The strategy of contextualizing ancient poetry teaching can be used to stimulate students’ interest in learning and make ancient poetry teaching more practical,and to narrow the distance between students and the text.Once again,we need to perceive and grasp emotions and intelligence as a whole.We should use imaginative thinking,train creativity in thinking,and use strategies to reflect on key words and sentences.Once again,to sublimate emotions and generate wisdom,strategies such as using music,appreciating the charm of poetry,stimulating imagination,and enhancing aesthetic ability should be employed.Finally,it is necessary to summarize the transfer and apply emotional intelligence,using strategies that combine summary and classification,as well as comparison and transfer.Finally,through two teaching designs,"Under the Beigu Mountain" and "Mulan Poetry," we will share the application process of teaching strategies for junior high school ancient poetry under the concept of "emotional intelligence Chinese" in junior high school ancient poetry teaching,providing reference for junior high school ancient poetry teaching for frontline junior high school Chinese teachers.To achieve the practical significance of improving the quality of ancient poetry teaching in junior high school and promoting the professional development of teachers.
