Collectivism is the basic principle of socialist morality,which provides strong spiritual motivation and moral nourishment for the socialist construction and reform of our country.High school ideological and political course,as a key course to cultivate morality and cultivate people,bears the responsibility of casting souls and enlightening minds.Its goal dimension and textbook content are logically related to collectivism,which is an important position of collectivism education for young people.The collectivism education in high school ideological and political classes is conducive to carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people,which is the inevitable requirement of training new people of The Times.It is conducive to the cultivation of socialist core values and an effective means to build a harmonious society.It is conducive to enhancing students’ sense of responsibility and mission,which is the due meaning of realizing national rejuvenation.Entering the new era,collectivism education has been endowed with new era connotation,and has put forward new requirements and guidelines for collectivism education in senior high school ideological and political classes in four aspects:value orientation,implementation mode,education goal and teaching mode.Through questionnaire survey,teacher interview and other forms,we can clearly understand some achievements and realistic difficulties of collectivism education in high school ideological and political class.On the one hand,high school students’ collectivist cognition,emotion and behavior are gradually enhanced.On the other hand,due to the complex social environment and bad atmosphere,the lack of awareness of collectivist education in schools,the deviation of teachers’ collectivist education concept and other factors,there are still some problems in the process of collectivist education,such as the disconnection of knowledge and practice of some educational objects,insufficient mining of educational resources,a little single educational methods and methods,and the need to improve the educational evaluation mechanism.Based on this,this paper puts forward some optimization paths,such as forging collectivist behavior of educational objects,digging deep collectivist educational resources,enriching collectivist educational methods,and perfecting collectivist educational evaluation mechanism,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of collectivist education in ideological and political courses of senior high school. |
