Rules are the code of conduct that all individuals in society must abide by.As a kind of contract,rules are the guarantee of an individual's happy life and the cornerstone of maintaining social order.The lower grades of elementary school are the foundation period of individual rule consciousness.The rule education in this period lays the foundation for the individual adults to become qualified citizens who follow the rules and keep order.The main place of rule education is in the school,and the ideological and moral textbook is the main resource for the rule education.Therefore,the educator must rely on the teaching materials and fully explore the rules and factors in the textbook to lead the students to know the rules,understand the rules,and abide by the rules.The current textbooks on morality and the rule of law in the lower grades of primary school are the revised textbooks on Morality and Rule of Law.Compared with the old textbooks,the content of the new textbooks has undergone substantial changes,from the previous main line of moral singles to the dual line of rule of law and morality.This is not only an effective manifestation of the Liede people in education,but also an effective response to the principle of governing the country according to law.The biggest feature of the new edition of textbook adaptation is the emphasis on the rule of law education.According to the cognitive characteristics of students in each stage of education,the corresponding content of rule of law education is increased,and the students' legal awareness is cultivated from an early age.For the lower primary school students,due to the limitations of cognitive development,it is difficult to have a deep understanding of the legal concept,but they can feel and recognize the various rules that exist in life.Therefore,the rule education has become the implementation of the lower grades of primary school.An effective carrier of the rule of law education.This paper mainly explores the elements of rule education contained in the new edition of textbooks through text analysis,studies the content and implementation of the rules education in the lower grades of primary schools,and explores an effective and feasible path for the teaching of rule education in the lower grades of primary schools.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part explores the importance and feasibility of rule education in the lower grades of primary school,and provides a strong basis for the implementation of rule education in the lower grades of primary schools.The second part is based on the two sets of curriculum documents of "Full-time Compulsory Education Morality and Living Curriculum Standards(Experimental Draft)" and "Adolescent Rule of Law Education Outline",combining the content of teaching materials and the characteristics of physical and mental development of lower primary school students,and analyzing the rules education of lower grades in primary schools.Objectives and implementation requirements,analysing the state of the rules education.The third part mainly analyzes the selection,theme and presentation characteristics of rule education in the textbook of Morality and Rule of Law in the lower grades of elementary school.Based on the concept of curriculum standards,the overall logic of textbooks and the content of rule education in textbooks,the theme of rule education is divided into: Paying attention to the safety rules of life protection;paying attention to the discipline rules of school routines;paying attention to the public rules of social order;paying attention to the environmental rules of the natural environment,through the analysis of the rules and regulations,the characteristics of the selected texts are mainly based on the student life.The content construction;the divergent theme distribution with "I" as the axis;the discourse expression based on children's perspective;the form of picture book that highlights childlikeness.Based on the previous analysis,the fourth part proposes four implementation suggestions: based on the curriculum standard and academic situation,accurately positioning the teaching objectives;making full use of the teaching material elements,analyzing the connotation of teaching materials at multiple levels;mining living resources,strengthening the combination of text and life;changing the teaching concept From regulation to guidance.Through the research of the above four parts,the thesis comprehensively discusses the elements of the rule education contained in the new ideological and moral textbooks,the objectives and requirements of the low-level education in primary schools,and the topics and characteristics of the selected topics,in order to provide direction for front-line educators guidelines.
