With the launching of a new round of ideological and political education curriculum reform,active curriculum has been included in the scope of compulsory courses,and the implementation of active curriculum in the field of moral and rule of law has become an important measure of basic education reform.The junior middle school moral and rule of law activity course is a new subject course which integrates subject course and moral education course,insists on taking students as the center,embodies students' main position,and enables students to participate actively in the activities under the condition of fully understanding the goal of the activities.At present,the activity-based curriculum has not been fully developed in the whole field of junior middle school education,and there are problems in the implementation of the activity-based curriculum of morality and rule of law.These problems are mainly manifested in the poor accuracy of activity objectives,the failure of activity situations to keep pace with the times,the neglect of students' experience in the content of activities,the lack of teacher guidance in the process of activities,and the lack of systematic evaluation of activities.Based on this,the implementation of junior high school moral and rule of law activity-based curriculum can start from the activity goal,activity situation,activity content,activity process,activity evaluation.First of all,the goal of activities consistent with the curriculum requirements,specifically to adhere to the goal of moral education and intellectual education,examination-oriented goals and quality goals combined.Secondly,flexibly select the activity situation that accords with the characteristics of the times,enrich the source of the activity situation,broaden the scope of the activity situation,and strengthen the innovation of the activity situation.Thirdly,we should pay attention to the experience of middle school students in the course of activity-based curriculum development,carry out valuable activities,and give consideration to students' experience and teaching content.Then,teach effectively.The teacher's guiding role in the course of the activity-based curriculum is to combine the teacher's guidance with the student's main body.Finally,improve the teaching evaluation mode of activity-based courses,evaluation should run through the teaching activities throughout,and adhere to self-evaluation and his evaluation combined.Using strategies to solve the difficulties faced in the implementation process,to promote the development of junior high school moral and rule of law activity-based curriculum.
