Middle school morality and rule of law class is a key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education.Both the new curriculum reform and the new curriculum standards(2022 edition)propose that the morality and rule of law curriculum should adhere to the unity of the logic of life and the logic of knowledge,actively explore a variety of teaching methods,guide students to participate in experience,and promote perception and construction.A variety of approaches are adopted to guide students to carry out independent and cooperative inquiry.Junior high school "morality and the rule of law" debate activity class type is junior high school morality and the rule of law class,based on the teaching content and the actual situation of students,according to certain principles and requirements to set targeted debate questions,take a suitable form of classroom organization,guide students to independently choose for and against the viewpoint,the use of knowledge and factual basis,argue the side’s point of view,argue against the other side’s point of view,and finally master the unified,correct knowledge,improve their own This is a teaching mode to improve students’ ability and literacy.Junior high school morality and the rule of law course,strengthen the debate activity class type reform,not only reflects the new curriculum reform of the activity-based curriculum requirements,but also reflects the characteristics of the subject.It is of great significance to transform the teaching style of junior high school morality and rule of law course,improve students’ learning interest and initiative,enhance students’ cooperation ability and dialectical thinking,cultivate core literacy,promote the implementation of moral and political theory classes in schools,and give full play to the role of the main channel for the Party to educate people and the country to nurture talents.This paper takes the newly promulgated curriculum standards of morality and rule of law for junior high school in compulsory education as a guide,takes debate activities as a basis,combines its own educational teaching practice,focuses on the implementation strategy of the debate activity class type of morality and rule of law in junior high school,and seeks to provide concrete and operable methods and strategies for the development of the debate activity class type.This paper is divided into three parts.The main contents are as follows.Chapter 1,the theoretical elaboration of the activity-based curriculum of Morality and the Rule of Law in junior high school.On the basis of comprehensive domestic and foreign research results,through the comparative analysis with classroom discussion and debate tournament,combined with the relevant theories of activity-based curriculum,the connotation and characteristics of junior high school Morality and the Rule of Law debate activity class type are explained;it is clarified that junior high school Morality and the Rule of Law debate activity class type has the characteristics of life and moral education,discipline and discernment,participation and rules;the practical significance of junior high school Morality and the Rule of Law debate activity class type implementation is proposed.The practical significance of the implementation of the Morality and Rule of Law debate activity class type.Chapter 2: The objectives and principles followed in the implementation of the Morality and Rule of Law debate activity class type in junior high school.According to the requirements of morality and the rule of law curriculum and the actual situation of teaching and learning,one is to put forward the implementation goals of the debate activity lesson type namely Highlight key subject knowledge and break through difficult subject content;to enhance students’ emotional experience and shape their values.Cultivate students’ discriminatory thinking and improve their comprehensive ability;Promote teachers’ professional growth and build a new type of teacher-student relationship.Second,the new curriculum standards(2022 version)as a guide,put forward the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" debate activity lesson type to follow the principles of educational,scientific,subjective,relevant and normative principles,for the implementation of the debate activity lesson type to carry out a clear general principles and directions.Chapter 3,the operational strategies of the debate activity lesson type of Ethics and the Rule of Law in junior high school.According to the main line of teaching implementation of pre-class-class-after-class,the operation strategies of the debate activity lesson type are discussed from the aspects of pre-class preparation,in-class implementation and post-class evaluation and expansion.Firstly,based on the actual morality and rule of law classroom in junior high school,it is proposed that pre-class preparation should be carried out in terms of reasonable determination of debate topics,accurate understanding of debate requirements,proper selection of debate personnel,understanding of debate topics,and adequate preparation of debate materials,so as to lay the foundation for the development of classroom debate activities.Secondly,the 45-minute classroom was used as an example to clarify the arrangement of the debate activity class,the operation steps of the debate activity class and the operation requirements of the debate activity class.Thirdly,after the completion of the activity class,timely evaluation and expansion must be carried out after the class.The requirements and paths of evaluation are discussed in terms of evaluation content,evaluation form and evaluation subject,and appropriate expansion is carried out according to the actual situation in order to extend the classroom content.At the end,we present a practical case study to deepen the implementation strategy.
