Rule education is a crucial part of primary and secondary education in China,playing a significant role in the healthy growth of primary and secondary students,as well as their personalized and socialized development.Based on student life,strengthening rule education is the key to effective education and teaching,and has an irreplaceable position and role.Rules are the basic guarantee of a harmonious society,an important criterion for stabilizing social order,and have important value for the future development of students.The primary school stage is a crucial stage for cultivating rule literacy.First grade students are in the initial stage of receiving education,and it is also an important stage for cultivating rule awareness and good behavior habits.Therefore,it is necessary to provide rule education for first grade primary school students.In this study,seven primary schools in Baotou,Bayannur and Wulanchabu,A questionnaire conducted of 335 parents of freshman freshmen,A total of 330 valid questionnaires were recovered,To understand the current situation of regular education in primary schools after first-grade freshmen,Through the investigation and analysis to provide data support for the author’s research;The interviewees were 10 school leaders,grade directors and class teachers of 7 primary schools and 15 freshmen,To understand the current situation of rule education and the cultivation of rule literacy.On this basis,the current situation and problems of the rule education work in the first grade of primary school are analyzed,Put forward specific and effective improvement strategies for the problem.Through investigation and analysis,the main problems in first grade rule education in primary school are as follows: insufficient understanding of the goal of rule education in the transition stage between primary and young children by schools and teachers;The content of rule education is not comprehensive enough;Single educational methods;The evaluation mechanism is not perfect enough;Students’ rule literacy is not sound.The main reasons for the problems include four factors: the impact of social environment and the lack of school rules and regulations;Teachers have insufficient understanding of rule education and need to pay more attention to it;The students’ rules are inconsistent in their knowledge and actions,and their words and actions contradict each other;Families do not attach enough importance to rule education and lack correct implementation methods.Based on the above analysis,this article proposes improvement strategies for rule education in the first grade of primary school,mainly including the following aspects:firstly,promote the two-way connection between primary and young children,and clarify the goals of rule education;Secondly,enrich the content of rule education and enhance teachers’ rule literacy;Thirdly,optimize the implementation methods of rule education;Fourthly,establish a diversified evaluation system for rule education;Fifth,promote the coordinated development of "knowing,meaning,and action".
