Research On The Implementation Status And Strategy Of Labor Curriculum In The Lower Grades Of Primary School

Labor education is an important part of comprehensive education-education system in our country,which plays an important role in improving comprehensive youth literacy and training students to become high-quality new era.Development of labor curriculum is an essential approach to realize the goal of education through labor.Although the issuance of compulsory education labor curriculum standards provides clear guidance to the implementation of labor curriculum.It also makes labor education attract people’s wide attention,but the labor curriculum in its initial stage is still faced with a series of difficulties in the process of implementation.This paper collects relevant data on labor education and labor curriculum implementation through literature method to provide strong theoretical support for the investigation and research.It conducts field research in H Primary School of Harbin City,takes H primary school teachers,students of low learning level and parents of students of low learning level as survey objects,and collects data through research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview.The feedback from the data is analyzed and the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which expounds the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,the literature review,the theoretical basis of the research,the research methods and ideas.The second part is the current situation investigation.According to the research content,questionnaire and interview contents are prepared,survey objects are selected,and data analysis is carried out on the survey results.The third part is the problem discovery,based on the analysis of the survey results to sort out the problems existing in the implementation of the labor curriculum in the lower grades of primary school;The fourth part is the strategy proposal,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of the labor curriculum in the lower grades of primary school,the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed as follows: In order to further promote the effective implementation of low-grade labor curriculum in primary schools,we should construct and train a team of labor curriculum teachers,improve the labor curriculum teaching system,strengthen the ideological guidance of labor education,improve the evaluation system of labor curriculum education,make full use of labor curriculum resources,and build a cooperative education curriculum guarantee mechanism.
