| With the continuous development of society and economy, the country is paying more attention to the physical health of teenagers. In the exam oriented education environment, teachers and parents attach great importance to the academic performance of cultural courses, which greatly reduces the time that students can spend on extracurricular activities and various sports. As a result, problems such as obesity, excessive emaciation, lack of strength, and weak core strength affect the physical and mental health of teenagers. In addition, the emergence of various electronic products has also brought many negative effects, such as an increase in students’ myopia rate and hunchback, which has led to a large loss of reserve talents in competitive sports in China. Therefore, the country calls on teenagers to pay attention to their own physical exercise and gradually increases the proportion of scores in the physical education middle school entrance examination. This basic guidance literature aims to improve the physical health level of Chinese students and cultivate their enthusiasm for physical exercise.Through literature review, experiment, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other methods, this paper selects 60 students from the second grade of junior high school in Beijing to conduct experiments.Among them,30 students form an experimental group.CrossFit training method is used for physical training, and 30 students carry out traditional strength training.Students’ scores are tested before and after the experiment. The experimental results were as follows: After eight weeks of experiment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of vital capacity,BMI,and sitting flexion performance(P>0.05);The subjects in the experimental group showed significant improvement in their performance in pull-up,standing long jump,50 m,and 1000 m jumps, and there was a significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).Research conclusion:1.From the entire experimental process,it can be seen that the CrossFit training method can be successfully applied to physical education teaching in the second grade of junior high school, effectively improving teaching efficiency and achieving better learning outcomes in less time.During the 8-week training, the experimental subjects did not experience any negative situations such as injuries.Although the measures to lower the movement standards due to limited venue conditions had a certain impact on the training effect, they still achieved good improvement. The CrossFit training method is in line with the physical and mental development characteristics of boys in Grade 2,and this new element can be added to school physical education teaching.2.From the perspective of the impact of the experiment on physical function,CrossFit training method and traditional strength training have no particularly significant impact on the body composition of the subjects. From the perspective of development, the increase in height and weight mainly follows the growth and development law of the second grade of junior high school.Physical training can only play an auxiliary role in the whole process. There is no effective evidence in this paper to prove that CrossFit training method has a significant impact on the body composition of the subjects. In addition, after 8 weeks of training, the improvement effect of vital capacity of subjects in the experimental group is greater than that of the control group, which indicates that CrossFit training method is better than traditional strength training in improving vital capacity of boys in the second grade of junior high school.3.From the impact of the experiment on physical quality,CrossFit training method can significantly improve the strength quality(pull up,standing long jump),speed quality(50m)and endurance quality(1000m)of subjects compared with traditional strength training. The same as the traditional strength training, neither of them can significantly increase the flexibility of the subjects. |
