Taking CrossFit training non-sports major female college students physical health impact as the research object,selected the 33 university of tianjin urban construction non-sports specialized school sophomore female college students as the subjects,the subjects for 12 weeks CrossFit training,through the comparison and analysis of test results before and after the experiment CrossFit training the physical health of female college students of non-sports major impact,in order to enhance the physical health of female college students,enhance the CrossFit training in colleges and universities accessibility to provide theoretical and practical reference.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to study the changes of female college students' body shape,body function and physical quality after CrossFit training,and draws the following conclusions:1 CrossFit training has no obvious effect on the height of female college students,but it reduces their weight and BMI to a certain extent,making them more symmetrical and standard in terms of body shape.2 CrossFit training can improve the physical function of female college students and significantly improve the lung capacity of female college students.Compared with before the experiment,the number and proportion of students who reached good level after the experiment increased,while the number and proportion of students who failed the experiment decreased.3 CrossFit training can improve the physical quality of female college students,and their endurance quality,speed quality,flexibility quality,lower limb strength and waist and abdomen strength are significantly improved.Compared with before and after the experiment,the proportion of female college students who achieve excellent and good performance after the experiment is significantly increased,while the proportion of female college students who fail the experiment is significantly reduced.
