Purposes:This article uses Crossfit training method and traditional training method to train the experimental subjects for nine weeks,discusses and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of the two training methods on the experimental subjects,and concludes that the intervention of the two training methods has an effect on the students'physical fitness test scores.The change.In this study,we tried to prove that Crossfit training method can more effectively improve the physical fitness and sports performance of junior high school students compared with traditional training methods,so that students can better exercise after studying.Methods:This article conducts research through literature method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and field investigation method.40students(male:24,female:16)were selected for a nine-week training intervention,of which 20 students(male:12,female:8)were intervened using the Crossfit training method,and the remaining 20 students(male:12,female:8)use conventional training methods for training.Before the experiment,the independent sample T test was used to analyze the differences of the indicators between the two groups of students.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the indicators(p>0.05),which was statistically significant.After the experiment,the paired sample T test was used to analyze the differences between the test indicators of the students in the Crossfit group and the conventional group.The results showed that the height(166.92±5.95cm),weight(62.25±10.28kg)and BMI value of the boys in the Crossfit group after the experiment(22.25±2.79kg/m~2),vital capacity(3269.00±618.81ml),vital capacity and body mass index(53.96±13.86ml/kg),50-meter running(8.28±0.37s),1000-meter running(4:34±0:20s)),sitting forward flexion(9.15±3.73cm),standing long jump(190.58±8.96cm),and pull-ups(6.08±1.95s)compared with the pre-experiment results have significant differences(p<0.05),Crossfit group experiment vital capacity(2973.00±600.53ml),vital capacity,body mass index(61.16±15.61ml/kg),50-meter run(8.61±0.30s),sitting forward bending(14.25±3.36cm),standing long jump(181.00±8.94cm))And one-minute sit-ups(33.63±5.53s)compared with the pre-experiment results have significant differences.BMI value(21.55±3.83kg/m~2),vital capacity(2796.17±789.09ml),1000-meter run(4:17±0:21s),sitting position forward bending(4.28±5.14cm),standing long jump(184.17±7.10cm)and pull-ups(3.75±1.48s)were significantly different from the pre-experiment results(p<0.05).After the experiment,the girls in the routine group ran 50 meters(9.00±0.40s)and 800 meters.(3:56±0:20s)and one-minute sit-ups(25.25±5.57s)were significantly different from the results before the experiment(p<0.05).After the experiment,the independent sample T test was used to analyze the differences in the test indicators of the two groups of students.The results showed that the boys in the Crossfit group performed better than the conventional group in the 50-meter run,sitting forward bending,pull-ups,and standing long jump.The boys in the regular group performed better than the boys in the Crossfit group in the1000-meter run.The girls in the Crossfit group performed better than the boys in the50-meter run,one-minute sit-ups and the standing long jump.The girls in the regular group performed better than the girls in the Crossfit group in the 800-meter run.it is good.Results:After nine weeks of training,the students under the intervention of Crossfit training method have changes in body shape,breathing ability,reaction speed,endurance quality,flexibility quality,lower limb power,upper limb muscle strength of boys and waist and abdomen muscle strength of girls:(1)The intervention of Crossfit training method improved the obesity of boys.(2)The intervention of Crossfit training method has improved the performance of male and female students'vital capacity and body mass index.(3)The intervention of Crossfit training method can directly improve the reaction speed ability of boys and girls.(4)Before and after the experiment,the endurance quality of the students in the Crossfit group and the traditional group improved,but the endurance quality of the students in the traditional group improved even more.(5)The intervention of Crossfit training method can improve the flexibility quality of boys and girls.(6)The intervention of the Crossfit training method has a significant effect on enhancing the explosive power of the lower limbs of male and female students.(7)The intervention of Crossfit training method strengthened the upper limb muscle strength of boys and the waist and abdomen muscle strength of girls.Conclusions:Crossfit training has a good fat-reducing effect,can improve lung ventilation function,speed up reaction speed,develop the body's flexibility,enhance upper limb muscle strength and abdominal muscle endurance,and a series of advantages.
