Teenagers are in the stage of growth and development,which is the period of fastest development of physical function and physical ability,as well as the best stage of learning and mastering movement.In basketball special physical ability training,therefore,according to the physiological and psychological characteristics such as the age of teenagers,will Crossfit training according to the characteristics of the basketball,systematic,targeted training programs,adopt scientific training methods and means,will get twice the result with half the effort.Through Crossfit training at the same time improve the youth basketball athletes special physical training pertinence and effectiveness,the influence of special fitness training for youth basketball athlete’s research,for our youth basketball athletes special fitness provide theoretical basis for the innovative scientific training.Taking Crossfit training system as the breakthrough point,through the literature material law,expert interview method,the teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,this paper,the principle of the Crossfit training system,training mode,training content and training methods and so on,through the jie Yang sports basketball camp in 15 to 16 years old high school basketball team for 6 weeks of training experiment,and the test data of two groups of players before and after the experiment of the growth were analyzed,finally the conclusion thatIt provides some theoretical basis and reference for the innovative scientific training of the special physical ability of youth basketball.Through the study,the Crossfit training model has a positive effect on the specific physical ability of basketball.Crossfit training method than the traditional training method in lung capacity and speed endurance,rapid response,and the combination of starting and accelerating ability,vital capacity speed endurance,flexibility and accuracy,lower limbs explosive force and core control ability,the combination of upper limb muscles,joints,ligaments and muscles of the extension and development of elastic and flexible body quality level has comprehensive growth,and growth are higher than the traditional training methods.
