The CrossFit training system was founded by Coach Greg Glassman in the United States in 2000,and then gradually developed in European countries.In recent years,it has become one of the most popular sports in the world.The development has been a very mature training system.The junior high school stage is a critical period for the comprehensive development of various physical qualities of adolescents,which is essential for the formation of a good sports lifestyle and the future development of athletic ability.According to the characteristics of CrossFit training and the characteristics of junior high school students,this article tries to apply CrossFit training to the classroom teaching training of junior high school,analyzes through the test results of related indicators,and explores the influence of CrossFit training on the physical fitness of junior high school students.Research purposes:Based on the core content of the CrossFit training system and mature training methods,combined with the current physical fitness status and physical and mental characteristics of junior high school students,formulate a suitable and scientific training plan.Experiment with CrossFit training method as the main variable to explore the intervention of this training method on the physical fitness of students.Experimental method:Two natural classes in the first grade of Wanchai Middle School in Zhuhai City were selected,and two experimental classes were tested using the experimental method.Two classes were randomly assigned to the experimental group,and one class was the control group for a period of 12 weeks.experiment of.The control group adopts the current traditional training method of the experimental school.The experimental group adopts CrossFit training,training 3 times a week,a total of 36 times,strictly controls the experimental process,and tests the relevant physical fitness indicators of the experimental object before and after the experiment.The data shall be collected statistically,and the results shall be compared and analyzed.The research results are as follows:(1)In terms of strength and quality,CrossFit training can significantly improve the pull-ups of boys,the slanting pull-ups of girls and the sit-up and long jump performances of boys and girls.(2)In terms of speed and quality,CrossFit training can improve the 50-meter performance more effectively than the school's traditional physical fitness training,and significantly improve the 50-meter performance for boys and girls.(3)In terms of endurance quality,CrossFit training can significantly promote the performance of junior high school boys at 1000 meters and girls at 800 meters.(4)In terms of flexibility,CrossFit training has no significant effect on improving the flexion performance of male and female sitting positions.(5)In terms of sensitivity,CrossFit training can significantly improve the crossquadrant jump performance of junior high school boys,and can significantly improve the cross-quadrant jump performance of female students.Research recommendations:(1)Through experiments,it is found that CrossFit training has a significant effect on the strength,speed,endurance and sensitive qualities of junior high school students,and it has a good effect on improving the test scores of students' physical fitness tests.It is recommended to introduce CrossFit training into junior high school physical education courses Enrich junior high school physical fitness training methods in order to better promote the comprehensive development of junior high school students' physical fitness.(2)There are inherent differences in the physiological characteristics of boys and girls.When formulating the content of sports training,the physiological differences between boys and girls should be fully considered,the physical development characteristics of students should be fully considered,and the appropriate content and appropriate training intensity should be designed.,Scientific and effective development of students' physical fitness.(3)CrossFit has the characteristics of high intensity,flexibility and variability.When designing the content of CrossFit training for junior high school students,the first step is to master the basic movements of CrossFit and be familiar with the relevant actions of CrossFit training.To ensure the scientificity and correctness of the training.(4)Due to the limitation of experimental conditions,this study only studies the training effect of CrossFit on junior high school students from the aspect of physical fitness.It is recommended to improve the corresponding methods and indicators in the future CrossFit related research.The research object is more extensive,the training content is more abundant,and more Comprehensive anti-CrossFit training effect.
