The Design And Manufacture Of Multinedia Courseware About Multi-directional Movement Training

With the competitions in various athletic sports getting more intense for the pastfew years, athletics have to keep improving competitive capacity, especially the basicquality, to meet the demands. Sensitive quality, as one important basic quality in avariety of professional capability, refers to the quality of changing one’s motionaccording to kinds of sudden changed situations in a rapid, accurate and coordinate way,and is a comprehensive harmonious performance of one’s motor skill, neural responseand physical fitness. In the mean time, it has a direct connection with coordinate ability,response ability and so on. Multi-directional movement training is able to providemaximum practice for the sensitive quality of athletics, related sport hobbyists andstudents. Though related research keeps augmenting in recent years, none was presentedin the form of courseware. We plan to develop a series of courseware to help both teachersand students learn about multi-directional movement training, taking account of thedevelopment of information technology, the advancement of multimedia instruction,practical needs of this research.In this research, we design and manufacture multimedia courseware aboutmulti-directional movement training, choosing the suitable methods which meet the needof sport hobbyists, amateur players and professional athletics, by means of documentaryinformation, expert interviews, logic analysis and software programming.The results of the study are as follows:（1）Multi-directional movement training emphasizes the organic combination of nervoussystem and musculature，as well as underline the control and power of the body underdifferent action modes.（2）Different turning and acceleration have different control made of body posture andrequirement of action specification. For instance, in accordance with moving angle,multi-directed moving can be divided into linear acceleration, acute-angle turning,right-angle turning and obtuse-angle turning; and into W-type, T-type, S-type, Z-typeon the basis of moving path.（3）Multi-media courseware about multi-directional training is made by videos, audios,flash and texts, and it shows intuitive, vivid and visibility of its own. Also learnerscould use it anytime and communicate and interact with one platform.
