| In adversarial sports, agility plays an important role as a comprehensive reflection of qualities such as speed, strength, balance, and coordination.Especially in basketball, good agility helps athletes to flexibly respond to the field environment according to the specific situation of the game, and better utilize their technical and tactical abilities. After years of practical research,multi-directional movement training has been proven to be beneficial for improving the agility of basketball players and has been widely used in training. However, few experiments have designed targeted multi-directional movement training content based on students’ different age groups. This article adopts the method of literature review to preliminarily sort out 34 testing indicators for sensitive qualities.Through expert interview and Delphi method method, six sensitive quality test indicators suitable for this study were selected and repeatedly revised.Through experimental and data analysis methods,a comparative analysis was conducted on the test indicators that affect the six sensitive qualities of the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment, including Illinois Sensitive Run,Nebraska Sensitive Run,Standing Long Jump,Hexagonal Ball Catch,5-meter Three way Turn Back Run,and 20 s Repeated Cross Jump. The following research results were obtained:(1)After 8 weeks of traditional movement training, the control group,The results of the Illinois Sensitive Run and the 20 s Repeated Cross Jump tests showed significant changes(P≤0.01);The results of the Nebraska agility run, standing long jump, and five meter three way turn back run showed significant changes(P≤0.05);There was no significant change in the score of the hexagonal ball grab test(P≥0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of multi-directional movement training in the experimental group, there were significant changes in the scores of the Illinois Run,Nebraska Run,Standing Long Jump,Hexagonal Ball Catch,5-meter Three way Turn Back Run,and 20 second Repeated Cross Jump tests(P≤0.01).(3)By comparing the training effects of the experimental group and the control group,it was found that there was a significant difference(p≤0.05)in the test scores of hexagonal ball catching,20 second repeated cross jump,Illinois agile run,and five meter three way turn back run; There was no significant difference in the performance of standing jump and Nebraska agility run tests(P≥0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Both the experimental group and the control group have improved their test scores after the experiment, indicating that both multi-directional and traditional movement training have a certain effect on improving the sensitivity of young basketball players.(2)The experimental group showed a significant improvement in various test scores compared to the control group, indicating that multi-directional movement training can better develop the sensitive qualities of children’s basketball players, which is more in line with the physical and mental development characteristics of students at this age group.(3)Multi directional movement training is an effective training method for developing the sensitive qualities of young basketball players. The training effect is more significant than traditional movement training, mainly because various forms of sprint and directional running in multi directional movement training can improve students’ upper and lower limb coordination ability, stability of the body during rapid movement changes, and explosive power of the lower limbs. |
