Classroom teaching management is the behavior of teachers to use certain teaching skills and teaching methods to carry out teaching activities in their classroom teaching,coordinate multiple elements of teaching and learning in classroom teaching,and ultimately achieve teaching goals.The junior high school ethics and rule of law course is a comprehensive moral education curriculum set up to promote the moral and ideological development of junior high school students,which requires teachers to have a good level of classroom teaching management,in order to ensure the smooth development of classroom teaching and the effective improvement of moral education effect.After years of development,classroom teaching management has some successful experience,but in the practice of classroom teaching,there is still the problem of ineffective management of classroom teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the classroom teaching management of junior high school ethics and rule of law classes.Taking Beijing H District L School as an example,through consulting literature,the connotation and content of junior high school ethics and rule of law classes and classroom teaching management are defined.The current situation of classroom teaching management of ethics and rule of law classroom in junior high schools was investigated by means of student surveys,teacher interviews and classroom observations,and the current situation of classroom teaching management of ethics and rule of law classes in junior high schools was obtained.On this basis,the successful experiences in the development of junior high school ethics and rule of law classroom teaching management are summarized and discussed,and the problems that still exist in the current classroom teaching management are discussed.It mainly includes the following points: Although the classroom teaching management of junior high school ethics and rule of law courses has been updated and developed to a certain extent in terms of management content,management methods,management concepts,and management value orientation.However,there are still the following problems,the teacher management concept of the ethics and rule of law class in the junior high school of L school is lagging behind,and the classroom teaching management is unconscious;the management of the main body is one-sided,mainly teacher management;the classroom atmosphere management is insufficient,which is unbalanced with the management of the learning environment;the teaching method is single,and the classroom teaching process is improperly managed.The causes of the problem are analyzed from the following four aspects:the lack of teachers’ awareness and control ability of time management;the lack of teachers’ understanding of ethics and rule of law and classroom teaching management;the lack of teachers’ classroom teaching management ability;and the influence of junior high school students’ characteristics and traditional concepts.In view of the causes of the problem,the following suggestions are put forward for improving the classroom teaching management of junior high school ethics and rule of law classes: optimizing time allocation and improving teachers’ classroom control;improving teachers’ curriculum awareness and changing teachers’ management concepts;improving teachers’ management ability and optimizing classroom teaching management skills;fully understanding and caring for students,and cultivating students’ self-management ability. |
