| Volleyball belongs to the technical and tactical dominant category of net confrontation,covering the characteristics of strength,explosive force and SAQ(moving speed,agility,reaction speed).This project needs good sports quality as a reserve,and has made high requirements for fast mobility,strength level and physical flexibility.From the action mode,volleyball events need to be based on lower limb squat,jump,trunk stability and upper limb near fixed force;From the perspective of energy supply,since volleyball matches are all about two hours long,they are continuous,and players are required to continuously complete ball-bearing activities such as passing,cushioning and buckling on the court.Therefore,the whole game is based on aerobic energy supply.Glycolysis is the main energy supply,and phosphate is the supplementary energy supply method.At present,in the special training of volleyball players in colleges and universities,how to use the most effective training methods to obtain the most effective training effect is an urgent problem for relevant professionals to solve.In recent years,with the rapid promotion and application of CrossFit training in China,it has been found to be very effective in improving human performance,with a wide range of application and innovative training movements and training modes.Therefore,this training method is favored and recognized by sports fans.This training method can not only be used in single sports quality-oriented projects such as speed and strength,but also in skill-oriented projects such as basketball and baseball,and has achieved good results.The purpose of this paper is to explore whether CrossFit training method is also applicable to volleyball special sports quality training,in order to get good teaching feedback and provide more effective training methods for volleyball teaching and training.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and experiments to study the special sports quality of men’s volleyball players.20 men’s volleyball players from Shanxi Normal University are taken as the experimental objects,SPSS is used to randomly divide them into groups,and 10 players are taken as the experimental group for CrossFit training.The other 10 students were used as the control group for traditional sports quality training.The experiment lasted for 9 weeks.A total of 11 relevant test indicators were selected from the Chinese Youth Volleyball Training Syllabus.The data obtained were statistically analyzed using the independent sample t-test and the paired sample t-test.Conclusion:(1)Both CrossFit training and traditional sports quality training have a positive effect on men’s volleyball players’ jumping quality,moving quality,arm swing quality and strength quality,and the training effect of CrossFit training is better than traditional sports quality training.(2)CrossFit training and traditional sports quality training are not very significant in improving the flexibility of volleyball athletes.(3)Both CrossFit training and traditional sports quality training have a positive effect on volleyball athletes’ flexibility and coordination quality,and the traditional sports quality training has a better improvement effect than CrossFit training in this aspect. |
