Crossfit is a program based on high-intensity cycle training,which combines aerobic exercise,weightlifting and gymnastics to improve the overall development of physical fitness and athletic ability.It emphasizes the integration of functional training to promote more muscle participation in training.In addition,with the continuous popularization and promotion of national fitness work,the number of college students participating in sports is increasing day by day.Various types of exercise forms including Crossfit have become the choice faced by students in daily training.Changing the frequency of training is actually changing the amount of training.Previous studies have shown that increasing the amount of training will inevitably lead to a certain degree of physical fitness enhancement and body composition improvement.In order to verify Crossfit,which aims to improve the overall physical fitness,at two frequencies.What degree of change has been brought to the physical fitness,in order to achieve a tendency to improve certain functions by adjusting the training frequency,to achieve flexible adjustment of training frequency,and to develop personalized training goals.In this study,28 male college students majoring in physical education with sports foundation were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into control group without exercise intervention,experimental group A with 3 times / week Crossfit and experimental group B with 4 times / week Crossfit.The indexes of body composition and strength quality were tested before and after 8 weeks of experiment.The experimental data were obtained at the end of the intervention.The following conclusions were obtained by analyzing the experimental data with relevant literature :After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the two Crossfit frequencies have a significant reduction in BMI,fat content and Fat % in the body composition of male college students majoring in physical education,and a significant increase in lean body weight;the indexes of maximum strength,muscle endurance and explosive force in strength quality are obviously enhanced.The two training frequencies have different degrees of influence on body composition and strength quality.The degree of influence is closely related to the initial training state,training content and intensity of the trainer.From the perspective of body composition changes,the two Crossfit frequencies have similar training effects on male college students with a certain training foundation without strictly changing the diet structure.Crossfit 4 times a week has a more significant effect on lean body weight.The two Crossfit frequencies have significantly different degrees of improvement in strength quality,and the two groups have no significant difference in the influence of vertical jump and standing long jump;crossfit 4 times / week is more effective in enhancing the indicators of maximum strength and muscle endurance(1RM squat,1RM bench press,50 kg squat,40 kg bench press,flat support).Based on the above research results,this paper gives the following suggestions :If training for the purpose of reducing fat and weight loss,the two Crossfit frequencies can achieve similar training effects.In the short term,it is hoped that Crossfit 3 times a week can improve the body composition in a more time-saving way.If the diet structure can be adjusted,Crossfit can be increased to 4 times a week to obtain a greater degree of training benefits.The implementation of the Crossfit training plan fully combined with the heavy weight training content,the frequency arrangement of 4 times / week can obtain a significant improvement in the strength quality,and pay attention to the initial exercise state and ability of the trainer in the actual training process.At the same time,by adjusting the content of the design power output and exercise speed in the training plan to achieve the growth of all aspects of strength quality.
