| In recent years,the level of our national male volleyball team has been lagging behind the development of world volleyball.Not only is there a gap compared with the world’s top teams,but even in Asia,it has also lost its previous advantages.The lack of excellent reserve talents affects our male volleyball team.An important reason for the level of the national team.From the perspective of international competitions in recent years,athletes’ physical fitness level has an increasingly greater impact on volleyball competition performance.Volleyball’s specific physical fitness is more dependent on whether the athletes can successfully complete effective tactical coordination in the competition and ensure that other competitive abilities are high.The level of play is closely related.Studies have shown that the level of physical fitness of our national male volleyball team still has a certain gap compared with other strong volleyball players.The technical aspect is that the offensive effect and scoring ability are weak.Therefore,the disadvantage of physical fitness has restricted the improvement of our male volleyball performance Stumbling block.A good physical fitness level can drive the development and improvement of other competitive abilities.Special endurance training is an important part of volleyball special physical training,and its training quality will directly affect the performance of techniques and tactics.Strengthening special endurance training in adolescence is conducive to the development of volleyball athletes’ future competitive ability,and can also shape their strong personality and tough will;good special endurance not only helps to improve the effects of athletes’ technical training,but also contributes to the long-term development of the special level.There’s important meaning.This article is based on the new requirements of the State Sports General Administration for athletes’ physical fitness in 2020 and the important position of young male volleyball players in the reserve force of our male volleyball team.It adopts:literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method In addition to mathematical statistics,the status quo of my country’s teenage male volleyball athletes’ special endurance training was investigated,and the problems in the investigation and the restricting factors of special endurance were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.According to the problems in the status quo of special endurance training,this article proposes seven countermeasures to improve the special endurance of Chinese young male volleyball players through research and induction,including:coaches’special knowledge training should be targeted;training methods should be localized,and training methods should have A certain degree of flexibility;training should increase the part of practical learning for coaches;increase the emphasis on special endurance and clarify the importance of special endurance;coaches should independently innovate special endurance training methods according to the actual situation;coaches should pay attention to the optimization of special endurance training forms;Competent departments and parents should increase investment and increase support for volleyball training.Research conclusions:(1)The investigation found that the main reasons restricting the special endurance training of young male volleyball players in my country are the lack of coaches’ own special endurance knowledge and theoretical reserves,and insufficient attention to special endurance training,(2)External influencing factors,empirical knowledge level factors,special theoretical level factors and special coaching level factors are the restricting factors for the special endurance training of Chinese young male volleyball players.(3)The countermeasures to improve the special endurance training of Chinese young men’s volleyball players should improve the training methods of coaches,strengthen the training of coaches’ special knowledge;increase the importance of coaches to special endurance,innovate and optimize the special endurance training methods;promote external factors Help for specific endurance. |
