Volleyball is a skill-led antagonistic sports event,with ever-changing techniques and tactics,fast pace of offensive and defensive transitions,and the tendency of both offensive and defensive to promote technological change has become more and more obvious.The increasingly fierce competition requires athletes to have a higher level of competitive strength;in addition to the requirements of athletes’ own skills and tactics,intelligence,and psychological factors,volleyball competitions also require athletes to respond and make judgments in a timely manner based on the actual situation on the court.Based on the above situation,this article adopts the Fit-light(agile response)training system to conduct special sensitivity training for college male volleyball players,and explores the influence of Fit-light training intervention on the sensitivity of college male volleyball players.Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were adopted to explore the application effect of Fit-light training system in the sensitive quality training of college male volleyball players,including literature review,interview with experts,mathematics statistics,logical analysis,survey and teaching experiment.This study selected 16 male volleyball players from Guangdong University of Education as experimental subjects,and divided them into experimental group and control group.After independent sample T test,there was no significant difference in the grouping of experimental subjects(P>0.05).Athletes in the experimental group received an experimental intervention of Fit-light training,and the control group used traditional agility training for 12 weeks,training 3 times a week,30 minutes each time.After the experiment,the researcher tested various indicators of players’ sensitivity and recorded the results.The researcher used SPSS 25.0 statistical software to analyzed the experimental data of the two groups before and after the experiment.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.After applying Fit-light training for 12 weeks,there are significant differences in the sensitivity test indicators of the experimental group volleyball players,while the control group athletes who have undergone traditional sensitivity training have also improved in various sensitivity test indicators,but The increase is not obvious.It shows that the experimental group combined with Fit-light training has a better effect on improving the sensitivity of college male volleyball players than the control group that participates in the traditional sensitivity training.2.Both Fit-light training and traditional agility training have a certain degree of effectiveness.Compared with traditional agility training,Fit-light training could improve the agility of college volleyball players more efficiently,and help them master technical movements.3.After 12 weeks of Fit-light training,it can be seen from the questionnaire survey of students’ subjective feelings that Fit-light training not only effectively improves students’ agility,but also improves students’ interest in training and enhances their training awareness.
