In this study,the influence of high-intensity interval training on the special physical quality of female volleyball players in colleges and universities was taken as the research object.Twelve female volleyball players of Jilin University volleyball team were randomly assigned to 6 experimental group and 6 control group,and they were respectively subjected to high-intensity interval training and traditional intensity physical training for 8 weeks.Special physical quality indicators were collected before and after the experimental intervention,and the collected indicators mainly included: 1.Special mobile quality(30m sprint,800 m running,half "meter" movement in volleyball court)2.Special strength quality(one minute timed barbell bench press(20kg),solid ball throw far(2kg))3.Special jumping quality(run-up vertical jump touch high,30 s double swing rope jump)4.Special sensitive quality(20s repeatedly across,10 s cross jump).All test data were statistically processed by IPSS17.0 software and analyzed after statistics.The results show that:(1)Through 8-week experimental intervention,high intensity interval training or traditional intensity physical training can improve the specific physical quality of college female volleyball players.However,for the same duration of training,subjects who underwent HIGH-intensity interval training showed a higher overall improvement in specific physical fitness than subjects who underwent traditional intensity training.(2)Among many special physical qualities,high-intensity interval training has the most significant improvement in the special moving qualities and special jumping qualities of college women volleyball players,while the special agility qualities are significantly improved,but the special strength qualities are not.(3)High-intensity interval training can greatly improve the special physical quality of college women volleyball players in the same training time,which is in line with the need to save time for daily study and ensure the excellent completion of training tasks.
