Volleyball has been development in recent years,the intensity of volleyball competition is also constantly improving,and the technical and tactical level of volleyball players in the competition is closely related to the quality of the athletes’ special physical quality,so we can see the importance of special physical quality for volleyball players.This study will use the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview method,observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to carry out the experiment on the registered players of the men’s volleyball team in Yuwen Middle School of Jilin City.SPSS software was used to analyze the experimental data,and the experimental athletes were observed by observation method in the process of the experiment,so as to timely grasp the experimental trends and find out the advantages and disadvantages of CrossFit training and routine special physical fitness training in the process of the experiment,so as to provide a theoretical basis for volleyball special physical fitness training.In this study,20 men’s volleyball players from Yuwen Middle School of Jilin City were equally divided into the experimental group of 10 and the control group of 10.CrossFit training and regular special physical fitness training were conducted for 6 weeks,and a special physical fitness test was conducted before and after the experimental intervention,and various indexes were recorded.Special physical fitness test mainly includes the following four points: 1.Special strength quality(30seconds quick clean and jerk with barbell)2.Special jumping quality(high running touch,30 seconds double shake rope skipping)3.Special moving quality(30 meters running,volleyball court half "meters" movement)4.Special dexterity(20 seconds repeated straddle,10 seconds cross jump).All the data obtained after the test were statistically processed by SPSS software,and the statistical data were analyzed.The result of research shows that:(1)Through the 6-week experimental intervention,both CrossFit training and regular specialized physical fitness training can effectively improve the specialized physical fitness of high school male volleyball players.However,under the condition that the training time is the same and the training intensity is equal,The overall growth rate of the specific physical fitness of the athletes undergoing CrossFit training is higher than that of the athletes undergoing regular specific physical fitness training.(2)CrossFit training and regular specialized physical fitness training have significant effects on the development of specialized strength and mobility of high school male volleyball players,but the growth rate of specialized strength and mobility of the experimental group increased more significantly after the application of the CrossFit training program.(3)CrossFit training and routine specialized physical fitness training have improved the development of specialized bouncing quality and specialized agility quality of high school male volleyball players.However,after the experimental intervention,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the test scores of running touch height,20-second cross-crossing and10-second cross-jumping.(4)Compared with the conventional specialized physical fitness training,CrossFit training can effectively improve the specialized physical fitness of volleyball in a shorter training time.At the same time,it will also improve the volleyball players’ ability to coordinate and send force to complete volleyball skills and tactics to do a strong guarantee.Proposals:Coaches can effectively combine CrossFit training with regular specific physical fitness training,so that athletes can improve their specific physical fitness more efficiently in limited time.Before CrossFit training,coaches should demonstrate training movements correctly,decide whether to use CrossFit training according to the actual situation of athletes,and arrange training content scientifically and reasonably.In the follow-up experimental study,researchers can add the detection of physiological and biochemical indicators of athletes,so as to improve the training method.
