| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has attached great importance to the development of education.After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China’s orientation on education has changed,not only to rejuvenate the country through science and education,but also to promote people’s well-being,such as happiness,satisfaction and sense of gain.It has become the ultimate value pursuit of China’s educational development to do a good job in satisfying the people’s education.As the foundation of the education system,compulsory education bears the mission of strengthening China.China’s compulsory education has been attached great importance to by the government,a series of reform measures have been taken,and remarkable results have been achieved.Compulsory education is a public service.From the perspective of public management,the public are consumers,and their satisfaction with compulsory education is reflected in the public’s evaluation of their satisfaction with school education.Therefore,the public’s satisfaction with compulsory education has become an important indicator to measure the development of compulsory education.Based on this,this article selects linfen city as study area,the questionnaire survey was conducted among 1230 public selection of linfen city,including the general public,students,parents,teachers,education bureau staff,bureau of education staff and responsible for compulsory education work in the department of education level,the leading cadres above,by adopting the combination of questionnaire and in-depth interview method,combining with the author’s work experience,Using multiple linear regression and entropy value method,analysis the present situation of linfen city compulsory education public satisfaction and factors affecting public satisfaction linfen city compulsory education,and combining the theory of new public service theory,satisfaction and education equity theory is analyzed,to provide some Suggestions to improve public satisfaction compulsory education,in an effort to do a good job in people’s satisfaction of compulsory education to provide reference and decision-making basis.The results show that :(1)the overall score of public satisfaction with compulsory education in linfen city is 3.61,reaching the level of basic satisfaction to satisfaction,and the satisfaction level of primary school is higher than that of junior middle school.(2)The factors affecting public satisfaction of compulsory education in Linfen mainly include the public itself,government supervision and service,educational resource allocation,and institutional mechanism.(3)The school layout can be planned scientifically and rationally by improving the school district governance system;Do a good job in education management and service,optimize the education environment;Deepen the reform of the education system and fully implement quality-oriented education;Strengthen the construction of teachers,build high-quality teachers;Promote the cooperation of school,family and society to improve the satisfaction of compulsory education in Linfen city. |
