Research On Compulsory Education In Changzhi City From The Perspective Of Equalization Of Public Services

A hundred years plan,education based.Education is related to the hope of a nation and the future of a country.It is also an important way for individuals to realize their ideals and values.Education occupies an important position in the public service provided by the government,and the public service of compulsory education is the top priority.The equalization of public services reflects the governance level and governance ability of a national public administration department.Equal access to public services in compulsory education plays an important role in realizing educational equity and even promoting social equity.It also has a far-reaching impact on the realization of the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and rejuvenating the country through science and education.With the transformation and development of the principal contradiction in Chinese society,the people have produced higher demand for education and pursued more fair and high-quality education services.Therefore,it is very important to study the equalization of compulsory education public service from the perspective of development and conform to the trend of The Times.Taking the development of compulsory education in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper studies the equalization of compulsory education public services.Firstly,from the perspective of equalization of public services,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis are defined,and the existing literature research results at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,on the basis of previous studies,combined with the development status of the public service of compulsory education in Changzhi City,the education data of 12 districts and counties in Changzhi City are analyzed and processed by literature research method,investigation method,data analysis method and individual interview method,and it is concluded that the distribution of schools in the equalization of the public service of compulsory education in Changzhi City under the current new situation is unreasonable.Uneven distribution of teaching resources;Enrollment disorder three aspects of the problem.Then,combining with the actual situation,it summarizes and analyzes the causes of the equalization of compulsory education in Changzhi City from many aspects,and proposes to strengthen the government service function.Improve the level of schools;Feasible countermeasures to build a good social atmosphere.In order to provide Changzhi City and other cities at the same level with a new way to solve the problem of equal public services of compulsory education,improve the level of regional education development,provide reference experience for the development of equal public services of national compulsory education,and finally realize the high-quality development of equal public services.
