Research Background:On September 21,2020,the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents,which discussed the ways to carry out school sports in the future:stimulating the market vitality and promoting the cooperation between schools and off-campus sports training;Establish youth sports training heart,sports schools and local primary and secondary schools in appropriate forms of cooperation;Carry out various extracurricular sports training and competition activities in primary and secondary schools;We will support the participation of social forces in schools through the purchase of services by the government and enrich after-school sports.activities in schools.Research purpose:(1)Analyze the policy of sports education integration and the opportunities and challenges of after-school sports in schools under the background of sports education integration;(2)Analyze the predicament of after-school sports in urban middle schools in Yinchuan City through the investigation of the current situation;(3)Study the case of the integration of after-school sports and after-school sports in Yinchuan,and put forward the development strategy of after-school sports in Yinchuan urban middle schools in the future under the background of the integration of physical education by combining the literature review,existing difficulties and the implementation model of the case.Research Methods:This paper adopts the method of literature to sort out and summarize the literature related to the integration of sports and education and after-school sports.Using questionnaire survey method,field interview method to carry on field investigation to the middle school PE teachers and students in Yinchuan urban area;Using mathematical statistics to sort out and analyze the survey data and results;Through the field investigation and interview,Investigate the integration of government resources with after-school sports,after-school sports with after-school sports,and social organizations with after-school sports.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions and strategies are drawn:Conclusion:(1)students and PE teachers do not know enough about the importance of after-school PE development;(2)The hard conditions of after-school sports in Urban areas of Yinchuan are insufficient,and there is a lack of venues and teachers;(3)Poor implementation of the requirements for the integration of sports and education documents in the development of after-school sports,such as the introduction of sports forces outside the school and the construction of school sports teams;(4)The form and content of after-school sports are relatively simple.The main after-school sports are morning exercise and big break,and the main items are foot,basket and platoon.(5)Students participate in extracurricular sports frequently every week,but do not have enough time for each exercise;(6)The after-school sports training and competition in urban middle schools in Yinchuan is poor,with a small number of participants and a single training and competition project;(7)After-school sports have a great demand for after-school sports,but there is little contact and cooperation.(8)The success model of the case has not been extended to the whole city.Strategies:(1)Give full play to the leading role of the government,integrate and utilize the sports resources outside school;(2)After school sports in Yinchuan urban middle school should be evaluated by diversified means of physical and mental health and skill formation.;(3)The"teaching-training-competition" system should be reasonably formed in after-school PE and PE teaching;(4)Actively explore a variety of after-school sports development path,in many ways to promote the development of after-school sports;(5)Train students’ extracurricular sports participation consciousness and teachers’ extracurricular sports responsibility;(6)Eliminate the "barriers" of sports and education integration,and make after-school sports become one of the important ways to train reserve talents for competitive sports;(7)The three cooperation cases of after-school sports and after-school sports in yinchuan city listed in this paper have solved the problem of lack of after-school sports teachers,provided project guidance for after-school sports training and competition,aroused the enthusiasm of students,and achieved certain construction achievements.
