In order to promote the coordinated development of youth cultural learning and physical exercise,and achieve the deep integration of physical education and education,the State normonal Administration of Sport,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education,Promoting the Healthy Development of Youth",which clearly pointed out the need to strengthen the construction of schools with traditional physical education characteristics and vigorously cultivate the team of coaches.Therefore,this article takes the construction of coaches in traditional sports characteristic schools in Yinchuan City under the background of sports and education integration as the research object,and studies the current situation and influencing factors of the construction of traditional sports characteristic schools in Yinchuan City under the background of sports and education integration by using research methods such as questionnaire survey,literature review,interview,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,so as to propose construction countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Among the coaches of Yinchuan Traditional Sports Characteristic School,there are more coaches who teach foot,basketball,volleyball,and track and field events,while there are fewer coaches who teach other events;The number of coaches in traditional sports schools is relatively small;The age structure of the coach team is basically reasonable,consistent with the ideal age structure of the coach team;There is a significant disparity in the proportion of men and women in the gender structure;In the professional title structure,the proportion of coaches with low professional titles is significantly higher,while coaches with high professional titles are fewer;The educational structure is relatively reasonable,with relatively few highly educated coaches;The external recruitment rate of coaches is very low;The qualifications and experience of coaches are still shallow;Most coaches have sports experience before coaching,but they lack sports experience;Inadequate team building of coaches leads to insufficient team release and synergy.2.The coaches of Yinchuan Sports Traditional Characteristic School tend to have external motivation to lead the team and lack good internal motivation to lead the team;The proportion of coaches who develop detailed training plans is not high;The number of coaches who conduct perennial training for athletes is relatively small;The coaches have achieved good results in leading the team.3.Most coaches in Yinchuan City’s traditional sports characteristic schools are not satisfied with their salary and treatment;The number of coaches with training subsidies is relatively small,and those with training subsidies have a lower degree of satisfaction with training subsidies;The training funds for sports teams are relatively scarce,and the training funds for coaches are mainly used to improve the quality of training and participate in competitions.4.The coaches of Yinchuan Sports Traditional Characteristic School do not attach enough importance to scientific research,and most coaches have not yet realized the importance of scientific research for sports training;The number of coaches trained is relatively small,and the main forms of coaches participating in coach training are organized by schools,education and sports bureaus,and sports associations;The training content of coaches is of great help to coaches,and the training effect of coaches is good.5.Most traditional sports schools in Yinchuan City do not have a coach management system,and the coach management system in schools with a coach management system needs to be further improved;The selection and employment methods of coaches are relatively subjective;The incentive policies for coaches mainly focus on awarding bonuses and honorary certificates,while other incentive policies are relatively few;There are some schools that lack corresponding coach evaluation systems,and some schools whose coach evaluation systems are not perfect and need to be further strengthened;6.Through factor analysis,there are four main factors that affect the construction of coaches in Yinchuan City’s traditional sports characteristic schools under the background of sports and education integration,namely,management mechanism,professional ability,social support,and professional attitude."Management mechanism" is the most important factor affecting the construction of coaches in Yinchuan City’s traditional sports characteristic schools,followed by"professional ability",followed by "social support" and "professional attitude".7.Propose countermeasures for the construction of coaches in Yinchuan City’s traditional sports characteristic schools under the background of sports and education integration:combine sports and education integration policies,innovate and improve the management mechanism of coaches;Comprehensively improve the professional ability of coaches;Establishing a multi-dimensional social support system to support coaches;Cultivate a positive and positive professional attitude among coaches. |
