After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s sports center was placed on competitive sports.At the same time of the rapid development of competitive sports,the residents’ weak awareness of exercise,the necessity of school sports and the decline of students’ physical fitness have gradually emerged.In this thesis,from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,combined with the current sports teaching related policy documents,through the investigation and research of the current situation of junior high school sports teaching in Jining,we found the problems between urban and rural areas in the current sports teaching process,and proposed a reasonable path to promote the balanced development of urban and rural sports education resources,and enhance the physical and mental health of students.In this thesis,literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,urban and rural junior high school physical education in Jining City as the research object.Under the background of integration of sports and education,the main problems existing in the current comparative analysis of physical education teaching in urban and rural junior middle schools in Jining City are as follows:(1)In terms of the construction of the teaching staff,the sports system and the education system of Jining City directly lack sufficient communication.There is a gap between the number and quality of physical education teachers in urban and rural junior middle schools.The education background and professional title of urban physical education teachers are higher than those in villages and towns.The salary level of urban school physical education teachers is high,and professional training frequency is high and content is rich.(2)In terms of sports teaching resources,the number and types of sports venues in urban junior middle schools in Jining City are generally better than those in township schools,and the use of sports venues in township junior middle schools is low.The content of physical education curriculum in urban schools is richer than that in rural junior middle schools.The total number of class hours in rural schools is less.The teaching methods of physical education teachers in urban junior middle schools are richer than that in rural schools.(3)In terms of students’ physical education study and physical fitness test,Jining urban and rural junior middle schools have conducted physical fitness test,but the test mechanism is not perfect,the sports test in the middle school entrance examination accounts for a low score,the test items are unreasonable,and the test mode is relatively single.(4)In terms of sports competitions,the sports and education departments of Jining jointly built sports competitions to achieve the integration of sports and education,and achieved certain results.However,the survey found that Jining lacks a regulatory system for the integration of sports and education,and the organizational structure of district and county level competitions is in chaos and the integration is insufficient.Some districts and counties do not have the participation of the education department or the sports department in the whole process of holding sports competitions,or only one department of the education department or the sports department participates alone,lacking professional and scientific schedule arrangements.Aiming at the actual problems in the development,the thesis explores the promotion path of junior high school sports in urban and rural areas of Jining under the background of the integration of sports and education,and provides theoretical basis and reference for the sustainable development of junior high school sports in urban and rural areas of Jining:(1)Organization and coordination path.The sports department and the education department should work together to improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers,improve the professional level of the teaching staff,use their own resources to increase teachers’ income,enhance teachers’ sense of happiness,do a good job in continuing education for physical education teachers,and build a high-level teaching team.(2)Resource guarantee path.The physical education department and the education department should coordinate to ensure adequate physical education teaching environment,improve the quality of physical education teaching,improve the evaluation system of physical education teaching,and improve the importance of the development of student sports associations by ensuring the number of physical education teaching hours.(3)Institutional optimization path.The physical education department and the education department should work together to change the teaching concept,achieve the goal of physical education education,improve the physical fitness test and the physical education system for the middle school entrance examination,and comprehensively improve the physical health level of students.(4)Government regulation path.The government is the backbone to promote the development of school sports.With the help of the government,we should establish an effective bridge between the sports department and the education department,and strengthen the communication between departments.Under the leadership of the government,establish a sports and education integration regulatory system to promote the healthy and balanced development of sports competitions. |
