Youth After-school Sports Under The Background Of The Integration Of Sports And Education Activity Status And Countermeasure Research

On August 31,2020,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents"(Tifa 2020)No.1 document [1]pointed out that deepening the integration of sports and education with Chinese characteristics and promoting The coordinated development of youth cultural studies and after-school physical exercises promotes the healthy growth of young people,tempers their will,and improves their personalities,and cultivates socialist builders and successors who are comprehensively developed in moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic.As the physical health of young people continues to decline,measures have been proposed to quickly promote students’ participation in after-school sports activities.This shows that it is particularly important for young people to participate in after-school sports activities.To understand the actual status of the development of young people participation in after-school sports activities,to deeply analyze the problems facing young people participation in the development of after-school sports activities,to keep pace with the times and to implement precise strategies.This is the result of the deepening of the field of after-school sports in recent years and the implementation of the overall requirements of the comprehensive educational reform.Acceptance is also a necessary move to fully implement the "integration of sports and education" in the new era,and it can be said to be of great significance.This article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,interview method,logical analysis method and other research methods to analyze the situation of Jingzhou Experimental Middle School students participating in extracurricular sports activities inside and outside school,as well as the factors and existing problems that affect extracurricular sports activities.Conduct investigation and analysis,and put forward reasonable development path suggestions under the background of the integration of sports and education.The results of the investigation are as follows:1.The experimental middle school has insufficient facilities and insufficient investment funds;the off-campus community venues are also insufficient;after-school sports activities are mainly based on sports competitions,and the content is single and cannot arouse students’ interest.2.School leaders,parents,physical education teachers,and social organizations do not pay enough attention to students’ participation in after-school sports activities.3.The number,frequency,and intensity of students’ participation in extracurricular sports activities are insufficient;there are few types of training venues outside the school.4.The school has not integrated the innovative development trend of sports and education integration,and has not established a relevant evaluation and reward system;there is a lack of professional physical education teacher guidance outside the school;safety factors are insufficient.Finally,this article analyzes the influencing factors and existing problems of students participating in extracurricular sports activities inside and outside school,and puts forward the following suggestions under the background of the integration of sports and education:1.Increase funding,improve campus facilities,broaden the content of sports events,enrich the culture of sports activities,promote students’ spirit of unity of knowledge and action,adhere to the combination of overall promotion and typical guidance,encourage characteristic development,deepen the integration of sports and education,and improve collaborative education Human mechanism.2.Strengthen the ideological education work of leaders and parents,increase the importance of school leaders to after-school sports activities,and take measures to truly implement them,and encourage schools to carry out more participatory,group-based after-school sports activities and sports competitions.3.Society,schools,and families should change their understanding of the concept of after-school physical education,clearly understand the value and significance of the integration of sports and education,and develop a new path for after-school sports activities under the background of the integration of sports and education.4.Strengthen the organization and leadership,build a management system;increase the training of physical education teachers,improve the teacher reward system;expand the safety quality education in the school,and cultivate the safety awareness of students.
