Early childhood is the foundational period for the development of various physical qualities and motor skills.Mastering different types of motor skills will help children expand their athletic ability,enhance their physical fitness,and promote their more active participation in sports activities.At present,most domestic researches on children’s physique and basic motor skills are mainly based on kindergarten intervention,and there are few comprehensive studies on family-kindergarten cooperative intervention on children’s physique and basic motor skills.Because children have the characteristics of high-level neural activity process in which excitation is stronger than inhibition,children like flexible games,and often transfer game behaviors in games;in addition,sports games have various forms and rich contents,which are very suitable for children’s love of movement and imitation.psychological needs.Therefore,sports activities in the form of games have become the most popular form of activity for young children.Studies have shown that planned kindergarten intervention can effectively improve the physical health of young children,and even a short-term intervention can improve children’s FMS.Based on this,this research adopts the methods of literature data,investigation,expert interview,video analysis,experiment and mathematical statistics.A total of 89 students from the first,second and fourth classes of Kindergarten of Soochow University were selected.-5-year-old children were the experimental subjects,and were divided into three groups:control group(C group),home cooperation intervention group(FK group)and kindergarten intervention group(K group)according to parents’ wishes and actual conditions.The 2 experimental groups were subjected to sports game intervention for 12 weeks.The differences in physical fitness and basic motor skills of children in the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the intervention,and whether the comprehensive intervention plan of family and kindergarten cooperative intervention was better than the single intervention in kindergarten and how The effect of regular physical activities in kindergartens on the development of 4-5-year-old children’s physical fitness and basic motor skills,so as to provide a reference for the comprehensive intervention to promote children’s physical fitness and basic motor skills,and to improve parents’understanding of children’s sports and strengthen parents.Cultivate children’s awareness of participation in sports activities.Research Conclusion:(1)Family sports games three times a week for 12 weeks combined with kindergarten sports games intervention four times a week can significantly improve children’s physical fitness level,such as tennis throwing,sitting forward,standing long jump,walking on balance beam,rolling back and forth,etc.than kindergarten sports games intervention four times a week.(2)The 12-week home cooperative intervention and kindergarten intervention are both effective methods to improve the physical fitness and basic motor skills of children aged 4-5,such as displacement skills,manipulation skills and stability skills,but the intervention effect on children’s body shape is not significant.(3)After the 12-week regular physical activities,the physical fitness and basic movement skills of the children in the control group,such as displacement skills,handling skills and stability skills,have also been improved to varying degrees.However,the improvement effect of other movements is not obvious except the 10-meter turn-back,running and in-situ ball shooting.(4)From the perspective of gender differences,after the intervention,all the scores of boys and girls in the home cooperation intervention group and the kindergarten intervention group were significantly improved.And influenced by gender roles,before and after the intervention,the displacement and stability skills of female children are better than those of male children,and the manipulation skills of male children are better than those of female children.(5)Family is an important place for children to grow up and live.The awareness of active participation in sports and the relaxed and cheerful sports atmosphere of family and family members can stimulate children’s interest in sports,increase children’s time to participate in sports activities,and promote the formation of children’s sports habits. |
